The best experience in remodeling a kitchen from start to finish! I told Ian my budget, we were able to stay within (great price). Ian added things for functionality and when he didn’t agree with something I wanted he was able to explain his reasoning which made a lot of sense. The cabinet and countertop installations were seamless clean and professional. Highly recommend iMK!

A huge thank you to Ian for all his help finishing our upstairs bathrooms remodeling. The stall shows he recommended in the smaller bathroom fits perfect and the marble seat and saddle he suggested work out great to finish off our new walk in shower in the master bathroom. The beginning process started off so great. Ian was knowledgeable and helpful and had a great show room that showed us a bunch of options. We enjoyed working with him so much we also used him to source our appliances and quartz countertop and pulled the job from our other suppliers. Everything came in within a reasonable amount of time and the installation was ready to begin. The team came every day and on time, and they were about a 7 on the neatness scale. Everything was ready to be installed, and There is where the issues started. I had replaced an existing island with one that was much bigger and added a coffee bar with cabinets on one wall, and switched out the countertops and backsplash. The island went in first, and was installed not at all straight, they adjusted a few times and it still is slightly off, and the final answer I got was "your walls aren't straight so this is the best we can do". None of the cabinets are lined up properly still to this day, 9 months after the job was completed. The spacing between all cabinets are not consistent, the cabinets hit each other when being opened and closed. The double garbage track I believe needs to be totally replaced but was told "that's how the garbage cabinets come" The installation on the appliances were also terrible. I had to get a different contractor to come adjust my dishwasher, as I asked Ian's team 3x and it was not getting fixed. Ian's team never screwed the dishwasher into the cabinets so whenever it was opened and closed it would move. It was also not flush to the countertop. Ian has come back on 3 different occasions to try to align the cabinets and the last time he said "I have to call the manufacturer I'll get back to you" and haven't heard from him since, over a month ago. I am now looking into another cabinet company that will come and fix what was left here. I would feel comfortable ordering with Ian but never again use him for the installation.

I’ve been in remodeling works for years, having a lot of cabinet’s suppliers, but one of my better experience is with IMK cabinets, Ian is so responsable and have a lot of option, high quality and gorgeous designs. I highly recommend him for your futures projects
