Was an excellent experience all round. Seth was very effective at communicating with me the arrangements, was professional in exchanging the car, which was in pristine condition. Such a great experience, especially when the day was so stressful dealing with an unexpected accident, car being towed away, long calls with the insurer. Well worth it
