Found on the web and what a lucky find! Michael is amazing, patient and highly professional. He really knows his stuff and completely overhauled our home system so it can provide signal and speed across the building for two working parents and three adult children, all using it at the same time. He also fixed my Sonos and gave me a spare unit so I had something working for a Xmas party - how rare is kindness like that these days?. Highly recommended.
I contacted Michael because I wanted to get a satellite router that I had been given connected to my virgin hub
I paid in advance for an onsite visit specifying what I needed
Michael got in touch promptly and politely and asked if I had the equipment and if so what was it
Then things got weird , he sent back that I should understand that there would be little or no improvement if I added three satellites in a mesh network around my house
When I questioned how that could be true he sent a link to his service
I have no doubt that is amazing but it does not mean what he said was true
I said I found this unlikely he doubled down said that there where no of the shelf systems like netgear orbi fit for purpose and he was not trying to upsell just help and I would be back
Well they are connected and I have a strong signal in parts of the house I had none and even in the garden now
I don’t think a tech expert should give such misinformation
The one star is because he gave me an immediate refund when I said I was not happy which was the honorable thing to do
No I would never trust Michael to give me me good unbiased information so will not be returning

Very pleased with the service provided by this company. As somebody with limited understanding or knowledge of different wifi systems, Michael was able to explain clearly to me the options available to replace the existing poor wifi in my property. Living in a upper floor maisonette in an old house in Kensington, presented challenges regarding access etc, but the installation works subsequently carried out were done with minimum disruption and mess. I would highly recommend PC Man.
Great service - went out of their way to find a time slot quickly. Quickly diagnosed and sorted my issues with a mixed Apple/Microsoft environment and old Mac, and recommended measures to boost my WiFi signal, which they can facilitate if I wish. Explained everything clearly and were patient with my very basic questions. Highly recommended
