John was not our realtor and he assisted and helped more than the realtor we had selected. It didn’t take us long to know we made a mistake not selecting John. If John had been our realtor I believe the house would have sold a year when prices were better. I feel that we sold $100,000 less than we would have a gotten a year ago. I would highly recommend John. He gives you a report each week. We never heard from ours.
John Poltrock and his team made the process of selling our home very smooth. They are very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and provided expert advise on pricing and marketing strategies. They listened to our concerns, and were always very respectful. They were very well organized. Each team member was always very prompt in getting back with us and consistently provided the correct answers. It was a very good experience working with them. This review is going to cover looking for our new home, as well as service before the sale and afterwards (something you don't often think about with a Realtor).
Bobby Hurley and the Poltrock Team (including Bobby's son, Jake) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Bobby's market knowledge and guidance were instrumental in us finding and purchasing an exciting new home.
His professionalism, honesty, hard work, knowledge, as well as service both before and after the sale with just the right amount of southern charm, have been second to none.
After we moved in, we encountered a few small issues like often happens, especially when you are buying an existing home. John Poltrock, who represented the Seller, along with Bobby, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get everything in working order. John's stable of recommended service providers that we utilized included plumbing, electrical, gas, handyman, pest control, etc. and every one of these people did a great job at a fair price.

If you are selling a house, I would recommend Poltrock Realty. The listing and selling of my cabin went very smooth with them.
