Just wanted to say thanks to Georgia, she helped me find the perfect fit for a bra on the weekend - after years of wearing worn out Kmart bras. I will definitely be coming back to keep replacing my old ones over time and recommend to everyone to get a proper in depth fit. This fitting doesn't even compare to everyones regular fit at BrasNthings, so much more information and care went into the fitting. I felt very anxious to begin with as I'm sure a lot of people are, but Georgia was so lovely and informative, it got a lot easier with each bra. I'm so happy already with the bra I purchased and honestly when I got back to the car I cried because I was so overwhelmed with how comfortable the bra that I tried was, compared to what I was wearing and just so happy with how fantastic and kind she was at finding something and explaining how to get a perfect fit.

Illusions is the perfect place to find the perfect bra! My professional fitter, Georgia, was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and kept bringing options until we found the perfect bra. I highly recommend you go to be professionally fitted because the staff make the experience feel like you’re the most important customer in their care at the time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After being recommended this place by my sister-in- law I finally checked it out yesterday and it lived up to every hype.
I was in desperate need of a bra sizing and was honestly feeling quite nervous and self conscious about it. The team there instantly made me feel safe and comfortable. The wonderful lady who primarily assisted me, Katherine, was lovely, professional and supportive the entire visit. She sized me up and helped me with getting a much better bra and even placing an order for more. As a plus size gal this was the kind of experience I needed after other stores have made me feel so uncomfortable.
I would highly recommend Illusions to any plus sized person, whether you feel insecure like me or are more confident. They are truly a brilliant team, have a HUGE range so there’s incredible chances of being fitted and sent of with a great bra, and are decently affordable as far as good quality lingerie goes.
I traveled an hour plus to try this store and it is safe to say it was worth it and I will be back. Thank you Illusions. 😁

Haven’t been fitted in over 10 years, but had stopped buying bras because sizing is such a pain. Staff member were sooooo kind, helpful and supportive. As a professional cheapskate, the premium bra prices felt beyond reasonable thanks to the complimentary premium quality of service and the subsequent perfect fit. I hope the staff have an earned wonderful new year.
