Love Illusions Lingerie in Melbourne. This is a shop I will buy from again. I was so happy to buy from this shop, as all the other shop websites were out of stock in my bra size and I was lucky that they had my bra size still in stock. Also the staff are very friendly and shipment was super fast delivering to Sydney. I recommend this shop.

Katherine was AMAZING. Came in and was so comfortable being fitted - she really understood how the different brands fit differently and gave me great options to try on, felt super safe and comfy. Wentin two weeks later and she remembered mu size, exceptional service!

Best service Ive ever received, the whole process is respectful, helpful. They listened and without using a measuring device once got my size perfect first time. The selection is huge. Ill be back cant fault any part of the process. Thanks for making it quick and easy.

Best bra place I've been to. I was recommended to come here by my osteo as she noticed my bra didn't fit properly. I was greeted by Tracey who helped me so thoroughly and listened to my concerns/preferences. Super genuine and professional staff, attentive and they get the job done with confidence and you leave feeling supported, (both mentally and physically with a great bra or 2). I recently visited Illusions Lingerie after having two babies, and let’s just say, my boobs definitely weren’t the same and needed a little TLC! With a post-baby body that’s changed shape, I walked in feeling a bit anxious.
Talya greeted me as soon as I arrived, and from that moment, she made me feel completely at ease. I showed her what I liked, and she helped me find the perfect fits while making me feel comfortable and confident in my own skin. Turns out, I’d been wearing the wrong size for the past year! I always thought once you knew your size, you could just grab any brand — but nope! I discovered I’m a different size across several brands.
So ladies, do yourselves a favour and get properly fitted at Illusions Lingerie — it makes all the difference.
The only feedback I’d give is to make the change rooms a little roomier.
I found exactly what I wanted for my mother.
The Schrank nightwear was perfect. Soft comfortable, just what my mum needs. She is 91 this year. Beautiful colours and also a matching brunch coat for one.
Perfect fit. The order and delivery process absolutely perfect.

Desperate for a new prosthesis after a very long time, and an incident involving our puppy, Tracy provided the most beautiful service. Straight away, she made me feel so comfortable and spent a great deal of time to make sure my new boob was the right shape, so I could both Iook and feel confident. Highly recommend this gorgeous, cosy lingerie shop in Moonee Ponds for any woman in need of such empathetic and caring service.
The best bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. I dread shopping for bras, especially being plus size, but Talya make the entire experience so easy. I walked out with 4 new bras and it’s been a few weeks now and I’m exceptionally happy with all of them. Her knowledge and customer service skills are next level. I live an hour away but this will be the only place I purchase bras from now on. Thankyou to all the lovely people who work there and a huge thankyou to Talya.
I haven’t been yet, but another gender adventurer, mentioned that you guys are very welcoming to the trans and cross dressing community. I actually grew up in moonee ponds and you guys have actually given me a little reflected pride in my old hometown. You guys are amazing and I will definitely (nervously) be making a visit. Awesome stuff!!! I was actually a paperboy, that sold papers all along puckle street, after school, between 1990 and 1993. I wish I could say I remember your shop, but honestly I was obsessed with all the women’s clothes shops along there. But if you remember a kinda nerdy, borderline effeminate paperboy, lingering a little too long in your shop, it was more than likely, me. If only I’d known there was a welcoming place, for a young boy like me (maybe a bit TOO young, then) you guys would have gotten most, if not all the money I made, though it wasn’t much to be fair…

My daughter and I visited Illusion lingerie and they were so extremely helpful. It’s often difficult to find good bras for the larger busts. They had such a huge selection and were so knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Finding a bra that fits is always daunting. Especially after the changes in your body that having children does. Shiori made buying new bras easy and informative. She understood exactly what I was asking for and found exactly what I needed quickly. Thank you. This store has been a god send since i was little introduced to it and when my daughter needs bras i know how to support her by coming here.
