They told me I’m fat and lazy.
I was dropped by Illuminaughty Agency last week and honestly I still can’t believe it. They told me I was being lazy and negligent, and even suggested I should “tighten up my look” (translation: “You’re fat and need to lose weight.”). Yeah, I had a slower month, but everyone has ups and downs. My fans still spent plenty, so why does it matter if I didn’t hit every single content quota? This agency was supposed to support creators, not run a drill camp.
They kept breathing down my neck about weekly uploads, check-ins, and “brand standards” like they’re running some Fortune 500 company. I’m an adult influencer, not a robot or a spreadsheet. I brought in good money, and that should’ve been enough. If they can’t handle a little flexibility, maybe they only want people who never take a day off.
Whatever. I’m sure they’ll notice the drop in revenue soon enough. I could sign with another agency in a heartbeat.
If they reach out and apologize, I might consider coming back. But they seriously need to chill with the micromanaging first.

Thank you for the feedback. We don’t expect perfection, and we certainly don’t expect our models to work nonstop. Most of our high-performing creators work 20–30 hours per week. Our elite earners may work closer to 40–50, but they frequently take weekends off, travel often, and thrive. Missed deadlines, occasional delays, and time off are not only allowed—they're expected. But when someone repeatedly fails to meet basic obligations—especially when we’re doing 90% of the work—it becomes a serious problem. We invest thousands (sometimes tens of thousands) of dollars and hundreds of hours per creator, every single month. That includes custom branding, full-time chat staff, marketing and advertising, strategizing, coaching, and more. All we ask in return is consistency, communication, and a baseline level of professionalism.
In this case, you disappeared without notice—first for 4 consecutive days, then again for 6—within the same month. You failed to deliver roughly 40% of your standard content quotas and 80% of your fans’ custom requests, many of which had already been tipped or prepaid. That behavior not only disrupts the team—it damages fan trust, kills momentum, reduces profits for both of us, and directly violates the agreement we put in place to protect everyone's time and investment.
