My beloved pet died on October 5. I waited this long to write a review because I thought at the time it was grief, but upon further reflection, I realized it was not. I want to say how absolutely disgusted I was with the service we received from Willowrock. Yes, they collected the remains of my pet and yes they did cremate him. I had left them my husbands number to call if there were any questions. They did not call him. They called me and when they spoke, it was all business. No condolences, no compassion, no sympathy, nothing. They were looking for confirmation of what they were to do with the remains. I told them, and I was told he would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. Then when we returned to collect the remains after making an appointment, no one was at the office to assist us. We waited maybe 5-7 minutes. The pets from the house came over barking, but no person was around. We attempted to knock on the other doors in the office without any luck. We could hear voices so we decided to finally walk around to the back of the office. There we were met with harsh words telling us that someone would be with us shortly and to get back into the office. It was around another 5 minutes before someone came and spoke to us. We explained we were there to collect the remains of our dog. There were no kind words from the employee - all business, "You owe $204.75. Do you want to pay in person or do you want us to use the card on file?" After looking at each other with raised eyebrows, my husband pulled out his card and paid. Then the employee went to get the box with our pet's remains in it, marked paid on the top with a pen, stuffed the receipt in the condolences card, placed it in the box with his remains, gave us the box without any other words and shooed us out the door. That was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do and there was absolutely no compassion or anything from the employees. Please think twice about using this service.

Thank you for the exceptional service & taking such loving care of our girl.❤ I cannot express how much this means to me.
One of our Airdales escaped & in less than 10 minutes was hit by a truck before we could get her back & we unfortunately had to euthanize. In the chaos & heartbreak, no one remembered to call & book an appointment, but all our babies are taken care of by Willowrock, when their time comes.
I was less than 10 minutes away with Kandi, when I found this out & pulled over to wait. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road on my way to drop our girl off. I was so heartbroken I could barely understand what the lady was saying & her kindness & compassion really helped. Thank you for doing what you do.❤

Our Elderly dog passed away in her sleep. I was a mess. I called Willowrock on Sunday evening as I had just recently seen a facebook post about them. They called back instantly. Monday we brought her in, taking her for her last car ride. They were all so warm and loving towards us. They cremated Jojo, with her favorite blanket, and we could come and pick her up and bring her home again Tuesday. Such a beautiful location, all the staff was friendly, they offered to let us use a little memorial house to say goodbye.. they went above and beyond. We even had a few laughs, and they were much needed. The pricing was phenominal as well! I was expecting it to cost way more! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
