Katelyn definitely set the mood for how my first experience with Illumatox went - She is SO welcoming and definitely calmed any anxiety I was feeling. I’m not new to the Med Spa world, but going to new places still is a bit intimidating. Now let’s talk Elizabeth 🤩 She is incredibly knowledgeable and even though I’m a seasoned veteran to injectables she still walked me through the whole process, gave me the run down of “worst case scenario”, and set up realistic expectations. If you’ve ever had any type of injectable before you know the process is not pleasant BUT when it’s done by the right hands it’s totally worth it. Elizabeth took her time, listened to my goals, and NAILED IT! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience and results. 100/10 would recommend.

As a busy mom and business owner with zero time for a 27-step skincare routine, Illumatox has been a game changer for me.
Liz is an incredibly talented nurse practitioner who clearly invests in education, the best products, and all of the latest technology. You can tell right away this isn’t just a typical "spa" offering injections. I'm obsessed with the fact that they actually track your skin via technology so you can physically see the improvements and value. Very impressed with their esthetician as well. I told her I needed the most minimal routine possible. Instead of pushing a ton of products, I walked away with just two that I could realistically use and the difference in my skin has been huge.
Everything about the studio is beautiful, relaxing and high-end without an unreasonable price tag. Can't say enough about Illumatox!

the quality of care that you receive at Illumatox seriously needs to be studied because I have never felt such genuine hospitality consistently throughout my services and times visiting there. I'd like to shout out Melissa at the front desk who makes it her mission to help you feel warm, welcome, and excited about your service. Such a strategic move putting her up front because I swear i'd buy anything she sold me because she is just genuinely so sweet, relatable, and a really great representation of the brand. Secondly my actual Injector Kayla is just so clearly skilled and works meticulously to understand what youre looking to achieve. I felt like she kept my concerns at the top of her priority list when she was shaping my lips. She is a true artist and I am beyond happy with the results. lastly I really appreciate the small touches that this team has thought of to elevate the experience such as the adorable cold packs, vibrating pens to redirect your focus away from any discomfort while the injections are happening and so many other small thoughtful details.
