Bella struttura, servizi da migliorare.
Appartamento su due piani molto bello e spazioso. Ottima posizione appena fuori dalle mura. Ora i punti negativi che non compaiono nelle recensioni precedenti (che comunque sono molto vecchie, il che mi fa riflettere): 1) difficoltà’ per il parcheggio che è a pagamento negli spazi blu lungo la strada (a noi non è stata offerta la possibilità del parcheggio sotterraneo); 2) la colazione non è compresa e va ordinata il giorno prima, pezzo per pezzo, con un supplemento di 10 euro a testa; 3) la cosa più strana: le pulizie non sono previste così come non è previsto il cambio degli asciugamani (mai capitato in nessun B&b). Mah???!!

☺El alojamiento es muy confortable y amplio. El desayuno, que escoges el día anterior de una lista que te proporcionan. te lo suben a la habitación. Los anfitriones muy agradables y serviciales. La calle del alojamiento, es zona de pago. Hay una calle perpendicular muy cercana, que la tarifa es más baja. Nosotros tuvimos suerte y los anfitriones nos indicaron una plaza donde pudimos aparcar sin gasto alguno.

We loved our time here and would highly recommend this accomodation .
☺ The location to the old town was great. It was a very nice apartment with a very spacious and very comfortable bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The courtyard was lovely and the decor with the wall paintings was unique. We appreciated the little balcony with a supplied clothesline and pegs.
☹ This isn’t a complaint but this apartment was probably better suited to a couple rather than three adults as the third adult had a sofa bed downstairs in the kitchen/dining area which made it a little cramped, however this did not deter from our enjoyment of the time we spent here.

Chambres très grandes et très bien équipées , Clim, cafetière, bouilloire…., jusqu’à la prise anti moustique.
Petit déjeuner au choix et à l’heure choisie servi en chambre.(notamment croissants délicieux)
Possibilité de parking sur réservation.
Situation idéale très près du centre historique.

☺El departamento es amplio y cómodo, muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, cera del centro histórico, en un lugar muy tranquilo

☺We kunnen eigenlijk niets bedenken dat niet goed was. Wat een fantastisch mooie B&B. Aardige lieve mensen die het runnen. Een aanrader om de mooie stad Lecce te verkennen.
☹Een heel klein minpuntje: er zijn minder parkeerplaatsen dan nodig zijn. Maar ach als dat alles is!
