Together with Leonard, the owner (also incredibly knowledgeable and customer-focused), they created a custom plan to rebuild the system before installing a new compressor under warranty.

Without us even asking, Leonard provided a loaner fridge during the repair process, which involved ordering parts directly from Subzero and custom-fitting the rebuild. Over the next couple of months, they carefully monitored and fine-tuned the rebuilt system to ensure it performed at or above factory standards. It now works better than new.
