This experience was terrible all around. The technician didn't even introduce himself when he arrived and it went downhill from there. It took him an hour before we could remove my current mounted tv. I was the one who figured out how it came off and did most of the work to get it off. He then measured wrong and we had to remove the tv so he could fix it. Except he couldn't get his hands in back to release the mount, so I had to do it again. Along the way the mount was damaged and an HDMI cable that I had snaked through the wall was also damaged. He then blamed me for the damage. He had to install another mount that I didnt want and he measured wrong TWICE on that one. Three hours later it was one of the worst experiences hiring help I've ever had.
I called the office and explained my frustration. They said the best they could do was not charge me for the additional mounting bracket. I can't believe I had to pay for any of it as I had to do a good portion of the install myself. I would have been better off getting a buddy to help me. Stay far away from this company. Their people don't know what they are doing and their customer service is terrible.
The installer did a great job.It was a difficult install over a fireplace. He consulted me during the whole process as he had to make out what he could mount to. He wanted to make sure that the TV was installed safely and we had to explore with some other drill holes to see what was going on in the wall. In the end he got the TV mounted and it looks great.

Israel did a fantastic work removing an old dead Samsung from an existing articulated wall mount. Unfortunately the old mount could not work with the new Samsung tv that needed to be installed on it. The mounting bracket’s holes were too far apart to line up with the holes on the back of the new tv. This necessitated having to remove & replace the mount with a new different wall mount. Fortunately Israel had one in his truck and the installation of the new articulated wall mount and new Samsung tv proceeded with no further issues. He was very diligent with his work and picked up after himself removing the old mount, tv, packaging and debris. The price for everything including the new wall mount and the extra labor was reasonable. Would highly recommend Handy Andy TV Mounting!

I like this business. Kregg did a lovely job mounting our frame tv. The job was more complex than he had planned, but Kregg gave me options, listened to my husband, and mounted it beautifully. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and neat.

Great quality TV mount in the living room, and bedrooms. Everything is perfectly level and all the wires are hidden. The work was done when scheduled and the cost was much better then any of the competitors. Thank you for the wonderful service!
