The purchased Pacini 13.7 generator worked only 73 hours without failure, then I noticed oil leaking from the engine, the company said there was no warranty, I was left as a garbage for 4,500 euros

Thank you for your review. As previously explained, your generator is unfortunately outside of its warranty period. We advised at the time that we would be happy to repair the machine, however the work would need to be chargeable due to the expired warranty.

We understand that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but our position remains the same. We are still more than willing to repair your generator, with the cost of the repair to be covered by yourself.
