Took my granddaughters, and they had a ball, I just wish you could have more flight time for the dollar, but I'll definitely go back. They loved it

Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Booked and paid for a time slot and the business was closed. Probably 20 other people who got scammed as well. Apparently this location is privately owned so corporate was unable to help. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

I Like coming here to work on skills I can use in the sky. Taylor B and John have been very helpful instructors.

Poor customer service.I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the exact establishment ..my fly time was wrong watch lead to us missing our fly..300 dollars gone....

Went here to celebrate my uncles birthday and had a lot of fun. It is expensive but for the quality experience and knowledgeable staff it is worth it. They allow ages 3-103. First they teach you everything you need to know in a classroom. Then they give you all the gear you need.Then you fly with the help of your instructor. There is a extension called the high flight where they take you higher and faster and it is worth it. They take pictures and videos that are for purchase. They even give you a little certificate that shows that you flew! I loved this and I definitely will be back. Chad was our instructor and was nice and patient. Come here if you have the chance.

I had a fantastic time here on my birthday! All the staff are welcoming and encouraging. I couldn't have imagined a better place than iFly for my first skydive! I highly recommend this place for first-timers. Thank you to all the staff!

They turned away my business. I was going to book my son and his family, however, I was informed that they don’t accept cash. I may be an odd duck wanting to pay with cash but apparently the powers that be would rather not have our business. I will not be surprised to see this piece of real estate for lease in the near future.

I WAS RESCHEDULED 4 times WITH THE SAME EXCUSE WHICH WAS “ THE FLYING MACHINE IS BROKEN “ EACH TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL WITH SOMEONE EXPLAINING TO ME THAT THE MACHINE IS GETTING FIXED AN WILL BE RUNNING SHORTLY , WHAT DAY AN TIME WOULD YOU LIKE TO RESCHEDULE? AFTER THE 4th TIME I RECEIVED A MACHINE NOT WORKING CALL (After they told me 3 times it was getting fixed) 15 minutes before MY APPOINTMENT .I ASKED FOR A REFUND. SEEMS VERY FISHY HOPEFULLY SOMEONE LOOKS INTO THIS QUEENS LOCATION IFLY FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICING BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

iFLY Indoor Skydiving was outstanding from start to finish, staff were engaged, flight training and flying was way too cool, highly recommended!!!

iFLY Oceanside staff is the best! Duper friendly, incredibly talented and willing to share all their knowledge experience. Great place, great tunnel, great people!

This place was phenomenal the girl and the front desk and our instructor Striker was amazing. Very hands on and super super friendly made our child feel comfortable. IFLY from a random vacation goer from michigan whatever your paying your staff here increase it. These people are worth every cent you pay them and MUCH more. Keep these staff members. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND!

I have to say that I don’t like giving many places a 1 star but boy did this deserve it right off the bat. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My call was regarding a few questions such as what time can I arrive by (such as if I’m a few minutes late as I wanted to bring some people who are out of town straight from the airport). And what happens if I’m 15 mins late? And can they take walk in’s same day. I had the rudest gentleman speak down to me as if I was some illiterate person. I just had questions and he’s treating me as if I don’t have any basic manners and I said something rude to him. I hung up the phone after him giving me enough attitude. Regardless 0 stars, terrible customer service, and will not be attending because of this behavior.

It’s fun and exhilarating, but they don’t do admin very well. If they say, “Come on in, no appointment needed.” Go ahead a book the time anyway to avoid disappointment. If they say, “It’s ok if you don’t have your receipt/voucher,” go ahead and keep track of it and take a pic of it.

Great time, might be a little pricey
