These guys go above and beyond! They have repaired my screen twice (yes, i dropped it twice!) and both times the service has been excellent. On this occasion, they well and truly excelled themselves and resolved what could have been a disastrous situation very swiftly and without hesitation or fuss. The post office had not scanned the phone through their sorting office for several days, causing me quite a stressful situation and worrying the phone would be lost. iExpert Repairs went back to the post office after a few days when it was apparent my phone was stuck there and retrieved it for me. I cannot tell you how grateful i am and how highly i recommend iExpert repairs! Thank you!

Dubious at first of sending in an expensive phone via mail to an unknown shop however this was soon relieved. Professional and fast turn around. Easy to navigate. Gave tracking info and kept in touch all the way. Sent it Thursday 22/05 and got it back today (there was a bank Holiday). Highly recommend this place, came recommended by AI as reputable and they didn't disappoint. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service, great communication, fairly priced. Really pleased with my choice to shop with this company. Never heard of them before, but desperately needed my sons ipad pro 11 fixed as soon as possible. Very quick repair considering had heat damage within the ipad and needed a new screen! If I’m being perfectly honest, I always avoid these type of shops. I’d always prefer to go to apple direct or just get a new phone. Well I smashed my phone Wednesday evening & was vital I had my phone Thursday night. The damage I done to my phone was quite something, needed the whole new front and back screen and a new camera and flash. Well my buddy Shar was next to perfect, within less than 24 hours they had fixed it and it feels brand new. Friendly, polite and always made me feel like I was in safe hands… I couldn’t recommend him strongly enough, if you need to sort your phone promptly or just in general. An absolute credit to the store and as long as he is there, I will always be using him for my phone repairs.
