I got to IDS from word-of-mouth recommendation. Nir, the owner, was very informative and reliable throughout the whole process. Giving as much information when I wanted, and taking care of any technical aspects when I preferred to. His personal service continued long after the system was installed. His team of installers did excellent and clean work. Overall I got a great security system and a very good deal.
