As a 54 yesr old who's never had the need for much dental work, then they told me I needed a too pulled. Dr. Mike Hoang and his staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They made the whole experience comfortable. Dr. Hoang explained everything to me and kept me in the loop every step of the procedure. The assistant was incredible as well.
From the front desk to the back, this place is great and I found my new dentist. Thanks Dr. Mike.
I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and Dr. Mah was exceptionally kind and compassionate. As someone who experiences some social anxiety, I was quite nervous about undergoing dental work; however, the team made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived.
Dr. Mah took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, ensuring I fully understood everything. I truly appreciated her patience and attention to detail. It had been several years since my last dental visit, and thanks to this experience, I feel confident that I have found my new dentist. 😊
Ideal Smiles (Tamarac) was highly recommended by a girlfriend who's terribly "afraid" of Dentist & they quell her fear, hence my calling them to get an Appointment, spoke to Karen awesome office Manager & my 1st experience was beyond my expectations & not to mention the incredible staff (Dr. Mah, Angel, Trish, Cecile), I've already made 7X recommendations to families & friends, looooove them 👌👌
I am going to this facility for regular check ups and some recommended dental work. I travel a lot so I was able to get a second opinion on work necessary that this facility recommended. Yes, no one is happy to hear needing a filling or a crown. So I decided to give Dr Liana Mah a shot - and couldn’t be happier! From scheduling with their front desk lady Karen to dental hygienists everyone in this team was professional, courteous and very friendly. I am known to usually only give feedback or reviews when I’m not so happy but the team and especially Dr. Mah are so wonderful and worked wonderful well together. Karen, the front desk lady and scheduler dealt with my insurance, literally always nailed the exact amount I had to pay – I couldn’t be happier. She has been amazing!
Dr. Liana Mah and her assisting team have amazing bedside manners, she is highly skilled and professional and I couldn’t be happier with the work she has done. I feel literally in best hands and can only highly recommend Dr. Mah to others.
I really like them. I have been treated by 2 of their dentists
I’ve seen Dr Hoang and Dr Nieves . My mom had extensive treatment by Dr Nieves. I had extensive treatment by Dr Hoang . Dr Nieves was there when I had a dental emergency right after Christmas on 12/26
They are both amazing doctors. My mom and I have both been treated by Marion - Dental Hygienist as well
She’s amazing and so gentle
We both have Phobias of any Dental treatment and everyone from front desk to Dentist and Dental assistants to Dental Hygienist were so understanding and gentle with everything.
They are also very good with billing. So far we only payed what the insurance didn’t cover and they would always tell us ahead of time.
My mom and I are both senior citizens and everyone has been so patient , supportive and kind with everything.
I warmly recommend going to see them.
They overcharged me $800 even though I have insurance. My husband was given the impression he HAD to pay so he did. I let the office know that I felt they didn’t calculate correctly and I’d call the insurance. They also continued to tell me each following visit I had a balance even though my husband supposedly paid the bill. When I pressed and called my insurance and confirmed this, after a couple of months of back and forth they refunded the money. ($800 is a lot of money to overcharge!) In my opinion there was a complete lack of understanding on how to bill.
Now recently (even more months later) I received what looks like a bill in the mail. I called the office and as I was explaining the situation to the lady that answered the phone, she cuts me off and says “How can I help you?!” I then had to tell her (in the same tone she gave me) I was explaining how she could help me before she cut me off. At the end of the day the insurance confirmed it wasn’t a bill but I found that rude.
I already don’t trust the office due to the billing issues so I have all the right to call and confirm if this was another bill.
I didn’t give 1 star because the dental assistant was super nice to my 3 year old and they opened weekends.
My husband have been visiting this dental clinic for three years. He had a filling done here two weeks ago. They said that if the tooth hurts. He should come for a crown and root canal. Yesterday, the pain was extremely severe, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist insisted that I should pay the fee first before I could make the appointment. She said that if I didn’t pay on that day. She wouldn’t reserve a spot for my husband. The tooth was in severe pain, so I had to give the receptionist my credit card information and pay the bill . I just wanted to make an appointment. I felt threatened. This feeling is really bad. My husband have had crown and implant done here before. We always paid the bill when we there (before the treatment). I’ve never encountered this kind of situation before. I’m really speechless.
