Ideal Siding restored our faith in the construction industry. The James Hardie plank installation and paint job were exceptional and absolute perfection! 0ur Project Manager was amazing and our install crew was beyond brilliant. It was not just a "job" to Julio. It was personal and he put his heart and soul into it. Julio's skill and expertise are incredible. We thank both Kevin Taparauskas (Project Manager) and Julio (Install Crew) for taking such great care of our project. We will definitely see you again for our future repair needs.

I am very pleased with my experience with Ideal Siding. Kevin, Ismael and Tano and their crews were my people. I think my siding looks great, but the service is what impressed me the most. I am not a siding expert, so at a certain point it comes down to trust. I felt that I could trust these people. They were all skilled, hardworking, and honest. Kevin was a good communicator and provided information without any hard sell pressure. He listened to everything that I said, answered all questions and was always available via phone. Ismael is a perfectionist, he and his crew did an amazing job with the siding. He helped me recreate my porch which makes my whole house look better. Tano and his painting team were great too, and very conscientious. The whole thing was very well coordinated and moved along quickly. A lot of attention was paid to detail. The plan was communicated and carried out just as promised. I’d recommend them to anybody.

The crew that did the remodeling on our house did a great job!! They were very professional and knowledgeable, and super helpful and willing to answer any questions asked. My wife and I are very happy with the new siding on our house. We were shown samples and everything was explained to us before we made a decision. No pressure sale which was great!! That is what helped us make a decision on selecting ( Ideal Siding) and the great warranty they offered us. What a great company.

From start to finish, the experience was great. This company has earned my trust, and it’s due to the team that was involved. Kevin Tap, the general manager showed up on time, and made me feel instantly comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. He listened to what I actually wanted and needed, and gave me valuable advise on the best solution for the repair. He sent the quote in a timely manner and it was very reasonable. Communication with him was easy and reliable. Ismael and Alex were the team that performed the repair, and I could not be any happier with them. They took pictures during the repair and relayed them through Kevin. At no time I felt they weren’t primarily concerned with my satisfaction, and doing the most perfect job they can do. They clearly know their craft. They were on time, fast, super nice and also respectful to the surroundings like my neighbors. And they didn’t leave a mess either like so many other contractors. Awesome job !!! The repair looks perfect. I am completely happy !! I will let them repair the rest of the sidings of my house as soon as possible. You made a huge difference, and repaired not just my house but trust in the industry. Thank you very much Kevin, Ismael and Alex !!

I needed a reliable siding company, and I am so glad that I chose Ideal Siding! Kevin has made this a great experience from start to finish. He outlined very clearly everything that needed done, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Ideal never cuts corners, and the customer service is amazing. When another contractor fell through on me, he stepped in. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, but he went above and beyond to understand our home's needs and make sure that everything is excellent.

I selected Ideal Siding after having received quotes from four different companies. They were not the least expensive - but their quote made me trust them. I am not disappointed with my choice. The crew did a good job, on time, without additional charges on top of what they had promised. They cleaned the site afterwards and removed all debris. I recommend them highly.

Very professional and adept crew, and they worked through some wonky weather that I'm certain must have been difficult from a scheduling/staffing standpoint. Fair pricing for the work performed, which was full siding replacement + painting. They also replaced soffits in my patio/sunroom. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for siding work.

Even though the job I needed was small, Kevin came in person, explained the process and provided detailed quote with insurance and trade certificate information. His assistant Ismael was skilled at his work and completed the job in a timely manner. An incidental finding not included in original quote was addressed by Kevin in a fair manner to my benefit. Based on my experience with this company, especially the professionalism and quality workmanship I am giving a 5 star review. I must also add that Kevin and Ismael are very polite and pleasant to deal with. Thanks to you both.
