Questions were handled quickly and professionally

I have not had work done yet, but my consultation with John Choi was very productive. I've been dealing with these leaks since I purchased my home 5 years ago, and I've had several contractors and roofers try to find any of the issues, all unsuccessfully. John was able to find specific issues with my siding and more that not a single person has ever pointed out. He was very polite and honest, which means a lot when you're dealing with these issues. I will happily update this review if we choose to go with Ideal Siding and hope to have just as many stars then.

John and his team were great! I have a unique home, but John was able to understand what I wanted and make recommendations that were cost-conscious and still fitting to the vision of the home. As with any home project, there were some unfortunate surprises, but John communicated with me every step of the way. His team worked hard over long days. I would hire again!

Ideal Siding took on our project even though they hadn't worked with the type of modern siding we wanted for our addition. John was extremely willing to try and executed the siding beautifully. We ran into some issues with our fascia but he worked with us to come to a very fair compromise. John is an amazing contractor, so kind and helpful, you can really tell that he cares about his clients and is willing to try anything to make you happy. Thank you John and team, will definitely be back for the rest of our house!

John and his crew are the epitome of quality, honesty, integrity and results. John’s team worked on our job in January when other homes were having similar work done, John’s crew was onsite working, while others waited out the weather. Secondly, we thought we may need OSB board on our house to the additional cost of 4K. John could have done the work and padded the bill another 4K however once they began working he quickly told me “we don’t need to do that, you already have that done”. That spoke volumes to me about his integrity and the businessman he is. I would highly recommend this company. You won’t regret it!

Ideal Siding completed residing of our brick/frame home in October 2024. The project started with a comprehensive review of the scope of work, potential products available, and a cost estimate. John Choi, Project Manager, walked us through the project from start to finish and provided us access to modeling software so that we could select the siding products and colors by reviewing the renderings before we started work. This was extremely important in our decision making. The existing aluminum siding was removed and replaced with a mix of James Hardie fiber-cement plank siding and shake siding. Repairs to the existing sheathing was necessary as was installation of additional insulation. John provided a per sheet cost for each item so that we knew ahead of time the base cost. The crew was unbelievably hard-working, diligent, and professional. The installation was in accordance with the James Hardie product specifications, work was completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. The crew cleaned the work site daily and went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed successfully. John was on site daily to discuss progress or problems, always communicating any issues with materials, schedules, or any other issues. The end product is beautiful. The new siding completely updated the appearance of the house. We hope to enjoy years of maintenance free living in our home. Ideal Siding provided a great value and we would highly recommend them to homeowners considering remodeling upgrades.

John was excellent with communication and very present and the crew was insanely fast and efficient. I had my house insulation replaced, new OSB, wrapped, all fresh paint, new front door, gutters and my old sunroom ripped off and they were able to do it all in about a week ending with paint. Highly recommend if you want something done clean and fast.

Ideal Siding was the perfect pick to repair our siding. After 2 other companies came and told us to get the entire house re-sided and get insurance to pay for it after a 5 minute visit, John did a thorough assessment of the issues, proposed multiple solutions, and made sure we were able to make an informed decision. Quick communication, excellent workmanship, and a great finished product. We plan on making Ideal Siding our only choice for all things siding from here on out.
