Ideal Siding worked with us to achieve phase 1 of our exterior home renovation, replacing our siding and windows for a fair price. Justin, Oleg, Max, and their teams were all wonderful to work with. They were very communicative, working to address any concerns we had, answer our questions, and ask us for input when needed. I contacted Ideal Siding about a dryer vent cover that wasn’t properly installed on the exterior of our house posing a risk of water damage to our home. I received a next day response from the Ideal Siding admin team and within a day, Oleg and another technician came to inspect the vent and determined that whomever had done the work prior had used an improper vent cover. Oleg then presented me with some options for solutions over the phone. Once we had determined the best solution, Oleg came next day and installed the new vent cover then let me know when the work was completed. I was so impressed with the very quick response time of the Ideal Siding team, the fact that they honour their commitments and arrive on site when they say they will, the incredible communication and the very high quality of their work. Oleg’s whole philosophy is to “take care of my neighbours” and that’s exactly how the quality and care of his work felt. I very highly recommend Oleg and the Ideal Siding team. Thank you so much! When Justin came over for our initial meeting, we were impressed with his knowledge and was more than helpful with our decision on the siding we picked. The install group were great too. We hired Ideal siding to install Hardie planks on our house and we were very glad we did. Oleg and his crew were very professional, on time and did a wonderful job. I needed to replace some damaged vinyl sidings on my house. I searched online for local firms for quotes but disappointed nearly all are not interested unless I replace all the sidings with new ones. Luckily I found Idea Siding Maple Ridge online. Their website was very easy to navigate. I submitted a request, within hours I was contacted to schedule an appointment in 2 days. My house is over 30 years old, it is almost impossible to find vinyl sidings that match in turn of color and dimensions. I was impressed Oleg's willingness to spend time to source the suppliers. Although not the exact color, it's close enough. A crew came yesterday and within hours the damaged sidings were replaced.
It was a delight dealing with Ideal Siding. The office staff, the manager and the working crew are all very efficient and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation to recommend Ideal Siding to anyone who are looking for a reliable sidings contractor.

25 year workmanship warranty meaning less. Had my home siding replaced in 2022, work was to take 3 possibly 4 weeks but took 11 weeks with only one worker with a long ladder lifting heavy Hardy by himself up to 2 stories. Nine months later during heavy rain, water poured into my living room. Calls to the company are ignored, I get told that someone will show up to check it out but no one ever comes. It's now going on 2 years and every time I call, they apologize and tell me that some one will get in touch but no one ever does. My last call was 2 weeks ago and still no contact. I hired this company because of all the great reviews. I now think that the good reviews are fake, be careful and think twice before hiring Ideal siding. My project cost me $60,000.oo plus another $10,000 in home damage.
Oleg is very professional, he always look the best way to solve my problem and I get an absolutely fair proposal. I’m so happy with the job they made, so that’s why I gave them 5 stars

Ideal Siding recently completed a siding replacement for our home and the work performed was excellent. They went to considerable care and cut no corners in delivering both excellent service and a fabulous result. Having built three homes, I can say they are the best tradesmen we have ever encountered. They did an amazing job on replacing the old siding on our challenging character home. They got the job done very quickly and professionally at a good price.
