Hi Folks, having dealt with this company, unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of their salesmen / Director. On one viewing I could smell alcohol on his breath, he was loud, rude, and obnoxious. he had obviously had a drink during lunch... I believe his name was David, he allowed the three buyers into our house on their own while he stood outside chatting for a good 20mins...
when we got back into our house the bedside cabinets in two bedrooms had been left open, we couldn't tell if anything was missing,
when I reported this to Ideal they sent me a solicitor's letter threatening me with court action if I published anything on Facebook. Not nice people !!!

We’re surprised and disappointed to see this review — especially since the event in question took place four years ago in 2021, and we addressed the matter directly with you at that time.
To clarify the facts:
– David is a senior partner in our company and does not consume alcohol while working. The accusation is completely unfounded.
– The two buyers were not left alone in the house. They were accompanied by an agent from a collaborating agency, which is a common industry practice when multiple parties are involved.
– After the viewing, the buyers approached you directly and began a negotiation without including the two agencies. As per standard procedure, we sent a letter from our solicitor to protect our business and the terms within the contract you had signed and that you had agreed to when listing your property with our company.
We understand you were upset that the sale didn’t proceed, but to misrepresent events years later is both unfair and inaccurate.
We are proud of the service we provide, and the many genuine 5-star reviews we’ve earned. This review doesn’t reflect the experience we deliver or the way we operate.
