So happy with our new conservatory roof! I was so sick of looking at our ugly, damp polycarbonate roof and now it feels like a little extension! Immediately felt cooler and more shady which is what we needed with our south facing conservatory. Always like an oven in summer. Looks really smart from the outside too with the grey tiles. Stu was so quick with communications - gave me a quote the same day I contacted him and managed to squeeze us in a few weeks later. He was happy to answer all my questions and made to communicate arrival times etc on the day. Him and the team worked none stop over two days and you can tell they take great pride in their work. Cleaned up nicely when they’d finished and left me with a 10 year guarantee 🤩 the price was considerably more reasonable than some that I got! Thanks so much Stu and team!

All round pleasant easy experience dealing with Stuart, I live alone with my daughter, I had several quotes. All being far more expensive with typical nuisance salesmen that are still pestering me to this day despite me telling them no, one being triple the cost. Stuart called provide a great quote and I never heard from him again until I contacted him 3 weeks later asking for him to do the work… he completed our new roof a week ago. It’s made a great difference. Very polite, very clean & very professional. Yes I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

Obtained a price from Stu via WhatsApp which we were happy with, he turned up to discuss when promised and arranged for the work to be done about two weeks later. The job took two days to complete. We are over the moon with the finished product, the roof looks amazing inside and outside. Stu and his co worker Cam were great. Stu even agreed to do a couple of other ‘small jobs’ for us within the agreed price which is very rare these days. Would we recommend Ideal to others, yes absolutely 100% without hesitation.

I recently had my conservatory roof insulated and tiled on the outside, too. It has completely changed the appearance of the room and it looks amazing, I am so pleased with it. You can no longer hear the rain on the roof, it's much warmer and looks like a proper room now. From the initial conversation with Graham on the phone to the work being carried out by Stuart it has been seamless. I originally found the company on Google and saw their brilliant reviews. I would highly recommend Ideal and I am awaiting my garage roof being replaced now, too!

Just had our tiled roof completed in two and half days. Very impressed with the workmanship. No pushy sales simply provided a quote and left us to it unlike other companies I won’t mention. When we approached Ideal conservatories, there was know hard sell which was quite refreshing, Stuart explained what was involved and materials to choose from. Stuart and James were very friendly lads, there work was completed to a high. standard. They have done a fabulous job making a cold conservatory into a warm livable space to enjoy all year round. It's so much quieter too, no rain noise, we wish we had done it sooner.Thank You 🙂. Just an update 15/2/26, so it's been so nice to spend Xmas in our conservatory, and we have been spending loads of time in it, it's warmer, quieter and it's been so much part of our home we love it. On Saturday the the 14th we had our eco hybrid insulated ceiling installed. I’m writing this review on Sunday the 15th, sat on our conservatory surrounded by snow/slush; it’s a comfortable temperature this would never have been possible before our new ceiling. We had 3 quotes as you do, ideal halved one of them, easily quoted off a couple of pictures, the other two sent out the dreaded salesmen, one being very pushy and rude. Then came the bombardment or emails and calls offering a reduced rate even trying to push finance on us. It’s been a pleasure to have a company that simply provides a quote and leaves you too it, we confirmed with ideal, asked for an early install date and were told we could be fitted in on a Saturday to accommodate our needs. Other companies should take a leaf off of this companies book and how they operate as it’s very 21st century. Absolute pleasure & would highly recommend Thanks again. George & Lyn .
