Today I stopped by IDEAL Cars of Rosemead and was pleased to be greated by a sales person named Robert; he was personable, professional, and polite; he wasn’t pushy or aggressive, which is refreshing when dealing with car salesmen. Robert was knowledgeable about numerous makes of cars and a true car enthusiast. IDEAL CARS. offered cars that gleamed as though I was at a car show; their inventory looked like a well selected offering of beautifully maintained used cars in a vast range of prices. I did not find a car that fit the parameters that I was seeking today, however, I will keep IDEAL CARS on my short list of dealers and continue to watch their inventory, If you’re in Rosemead or near the area, stop by and ask for Robert; you will be pleasantly surprised by the approach this car dealership offers potential customers. I’m glad to know there are dealers that still respect individuals that come onto their lot; I hope to find the car that I am seeking in the future From IDEAL CARS inventory.

I reached out to the dealership to see if a car was still available. They said it was and they wanted to get me in for a test drive. I drove an hour there only to find out it was sold the previous day. So they didn't even check to see if it was there. Edit: At the dealership they told me it was sold the day before. Their reply to me on here is that it was the same day. So the internal communication isn't great or someone lied to me.

And they are upfront about their service and dealer charges unlike the last 3 places dealerships I visited.. Definitely do not recommend this dealership. We arrived for our pre scheduled appointment only to be told that the sales person who we spoke with was not there and worst of all the specific vehicle we were scheduled to see was not on the lot, but they would be happy to show us a newer, more expensive vehicle. We agreed only because we had driven a long distance to see the vehicle. The vehicle was listed for a little over 13k but what they don’t mention is that you are also responsible for additional work that they have done to the car. This brought the price of the car to 17k. The additional charges were not optional and had to be included in the final price. Goes without saying that we did not purchase the vehicle. Definitely a tactic to scam a buyer into paying more. Don’t fall for this.

750i dream My wife and I were looking to get a car for herself and she found iDeal Auto on the web. She came across a beautiful 2016 BMW 750i with super low miles. From the beginning, my dude Albert was on it. He showed me all features and the car was beautiful, low miles, great color like the ad said. It drove like a dream and when we picked it up, my wife she loved it. We brought our two little boys with us and they were immediately preoccupied with the Nintendo switch they had setup at their dealership. Everyone that we met were professional and awesome. bought my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership less than seven months ago, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Within the first month, the ignition switch went out. After a lot of back-and-forth with William and Kevin, they finally got it fixed — but now, not even seven months later, the serpentine belt, oil pan, and seals and gaskets have all gone bad. I tried to reach out and explain that they sold me a car with major issues from the start, but they did nothing to help. This place does not stand behind their vehicles. Do not buy your car here. I have attached a screenshot of my warranty where clearly it says oil pan covered

Still dealling with these scammers after 2 months for a car I paid cash for. I live out of state and they had a car I wanted so I got connected with Enrique (who was just arrested for fraud on another customer). The car had catastrophic failure on one of the main components within 100 miles of driving, warranty said they wouldn't cover it because they could prove it wasn't from my driving they also said it looked like the engine light had been reset. Save yourself the nightmare and purchase at a reliable chain. Half of the reviews are from employees and/or there friends. I have not been contacted once from a manager or person in power, after calling 10s of times. Enrique also failed to mention the car had been modified and spray painted at one point. Also scratches and dings that were never disclosed. Also deposits were paid on Peer to peer payment apps instead of a payment processing company which was also super sketchy. The owners are cowards who don't know how to make something right when they are obviously in the wrong. We can skip the whole thing with the customer service number that you will put below this and have you directly call me. Update 4 months later and still nothing. They brought in cesar to 'help' with the situation but he is somehow more useless then the guy who was arrested for fraud. These people are actual scammers who are looking for a quick buck not to build a business.

It's been four months and my girlfriend still hasn't gotten her license plate from the DMV. The temp plates have been expired for a month and counting and they gave her replacement printer paper temps when the first set of paper got severly weathered. She had to fight to get them to reprint it just so she could have something on the car to avoid getting pulled over. We have made multiple attempts to follow up but only get empty assurances that they were doing the paperwork and that it was taking longer because it's an out of state vehicle. They didn't tell us it was an out of state vehicle when we signed the deal. Calls and emails are ignored by staff and the manager, Kevin, who is a terrible manager to his salespeople and just comes off as a bad person. He was rude to my girlfriend on the first day when she refused to pay for their GAP Insurance. All the other one star reviews are not exaggerated when it comes to Kevin. And his copy paste response with the number and email is just a way to prove someone there sees these reviews but they don't actually care. We now have no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau and DMV to try and rectify this headache. Avoid this dealership

Absolutely horrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went there for a 2019 BMW X3 and I had everything worked out with the sales rep. When it came to getting everything done for the car (contract wise) they said they couldn’t sell the car without a warranty because “they’re losing too much money on the car”. That is illegal in California you cannot force a buyer to buy an OPTIONAL service contract. On top of that when the sales rep that helped me bought over the worksheet we were negotiating on I heard it being torn by one of the managers that walked in. Absolutely disrespectful to not only me but the sales rep that was helping me. I’m not going to name drop but you know who you are. Best believe I’ll be contacting BBB and the DMV. I would never recommend these guys to anyone, to any potential customers reading my post, save yourself the trouble and the huge waste of time they won’t sell you a car without warranty especially if you’re trying to buy the car full out in cash with no financing. It’s not my fault your company has a car on the lot for 200+ days that you’re losing money on and it’s part of business you win some you lose some. Lastly to the manager that tore the worksheet you need to treat your workers better I’m not surprised if the turn over rate at your shop is high judging from the way you treat your employees, absolutely disgusting you do not deserve to be in that position if that’s how you treat people.
