I received excellent service from iDeal Auto Body. They explained the whole process in detail prior to starting any services. They handled everything with the insurance company. I was updated daily each step of the way when they ordered and received the parts. My car was ready sooner than anticipated. At pickup, they took the time to go over everything once more. I was not rushed at any point while they answered all of my questions. I am really impressed with ther service. Everyone in the shop and the office are welcoming, and friendly. I'm so glad I chose ideal Auto Body, I highly recommend.

Had a Great Experience just like the Movies Haha!! First off the staff was all hands on they welcomed me in I test drove the car without being asked for a credit check first !!! Not only did they do an excellent job with my repair, but the team was also extremely professional, organized, and thorough throughout the entire process. Their communication with me was excellent, as was their coordination with the rental company, since my repair was covered by GEICO and for a rental vehicle during the duration of the work. When I picked up my car, it had also been fully detailed and was spotless. I highly recommend this place.

Ariel was very direct and helpful, making sure I understood every step of the process and answering all questions and concerns with real responses, not a sales script. Signing was quick, the car was cleaned and maintained prior to me coming in, and since I’ve received the car Ariel has been available to answer any and all questions and concerns throughout his busy day.
