Our roof was a 10 year old shingle roof that was looking rough even though it wasn’t that old. After a pretty good storm, we reached out to Ideal Home Solutions for a free inspection. After a thorough inspection, their representative said he thought our roof had quite a bit of damage, and advised us to put a claim in. The same representative came to the house when the insurance inspector came, and walked them through everything they saw. It was great to have someone advocating on our behalf. Sure enough, the insurance company approved a roof replacement. We opted to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof, so that we hopefully don’t end up in the same situation 10 years from now. They did a phenomenal job, and the roof looks amazing. The owner Eric kept in close contact with us to make sure that we were happy throughout the process and with the final product. I really can’t say enough about the crew and how impressive it was to watch them work. Would highly recommend.

Jon Graves was our sales rep. and was wonderful keeping us informed every step of the way. The crew came, tore off old roof in a couple days, and put new metal roof on in 3 more days. COMPLETE! Great Job. Mike drove the dump trailer and made sure the yard was back in order a couple days after they were finished. They had only left a nice little pile of left over debris for him to come back to pick up. VERY HAPPY with a job well done!!

Quality and class! Hardworking and ethical. Kind and efficient. Bryan and his crew did a wonderful job on our roof. The crew was hard working and kind there was no blasting music. They cleaned up nicely and were respectful of our stuff. They went above and beyond to protect our hot tub and garden. They smiled anytime they saw us or our kids. But Bryan is class act, kind, caring individual. I felt like he was a friend or an uncle he explained everything every step of the way. He created a friendship and friendly banter with my kids. He answered my 4,000,000 questions and gave advice. I could write an entire essay but I’ll spare you. Point is if you are looking for high class work and care and respect I can not recommend them enough! If I had other roofs to be done or anything else they would or could do I would hire them again and again and again! 5 stars doesn’t cut it!

There are not enough good words to say about Matthew. We've used him on two separate homes and he will forever be our "go to" for roofing and inspections. Heck, if he starts any other businesses, we will be his first customers. He sits down and explains each step in a way that makes perfect sense. I truly feel like he's looking out for our best interest without trying to sell us anything we don't need. And that's very unusual in today's world.
He answers his calls and always calls back. He's on time and shows up prepared.
Matthew is now saved in my phone contacts as "Matthew, the best roofer & inspector" and I know who I will be calling in the future for my next roof. He explained the cost of metal vs shingle vs tile and answered every question I had with ease. And believe me, I ask a lot of questions. He didn't rush me or speak over me and I feel completely and utterly satisfied with the job he did. I'm honestly thrilled. I know "it is just a roof" but, in Florida's weather, it is important to feel safe and I do.

Bryan was there through every step and completed the job almost to the day of when promised. I especially like the lead covered vent pipes in place of the old style rubber boot vent caps, in the Florida Sun those old style don’t last very long. He handled everything very professionally and explained all the details. Eric, the owner, even came to one meeting to introduce himself and answer any questions. Brian and his crew were polite, hardworking and punctual, arriving early and waiting each morning to enter through the guard gate at the allowed time. The crew worked so hard, even with the intense heat, and storms. They cleaned up the mess and left me with no residual cleanup at the end of the job.
