Couldn't be happier working with ICS. I had been having a problem with my furnace short cycling for the better part of two seasons, had several different companies come out but none could find the problem until my tech Dave from ICS. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He ran a number of tests, until he found the issue and remediated it on the spot solving this headache for me. All of this for a very reasonable fee. I will be using ICS for my HVAC needs going forward...

ICS did an absolutely fantastic job for us, where we replaced the entire HVAC system at our house. It was a non-trivial job that required removing a whole bunch of old equipment, replacing almost all the duct work, placing heating and cooling units in both the basement and the attic, adding many new supply sources in various rooms, adding a bunch of new return air vents, connecting all these equipments so that they talk to each other (and to the thermostat of course), the surge protector. Everything was very professionally done, including the placement of the outdoor condenser unit. No hanging wires or tangled mess anywhere. I would give my highest recommendation to ICS to anyone looking for HVAC solutions at their homes. Thanks to the entire team, starting from Lev Minsky (who was our project manager) and the crew of Caesar (who was the lead), Ivan, Frank and David.

ICS did a great job installing a mini split system into my 100+ year old house. The installing crew lead by Ceaear were great. walked me through all the line locations. And It was clean, the line hides were the best possible version. The system is working great so far. Their pricing were competitive. The estimator provided me with multiple options, and worked with my need to modify the system. It took a little longer than I like waiting for the system and crew to install, but it was the peak summer season, wish the scheduling department can be more proactive about communicating. Overall, a great experience.

I hired them to replace a condensate pump and they did great work. After that, I started a service contract with them for regular maintenance, which worked great for a year. Unfortunately, this year when they sent me my renewal for my service contract, the price from last year had mysteriously doubled, from around $450 to $900. I reached out to their service department multiple times for an explanation, but never received a response. Sad to stop doing business with them, but the new price is far too expensive.

ICS did a great job with my 5 head mini split install. Everyone was very professional, they kept my house clean, and did everything they could to hide the lines around the house. Price won't be your cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. Communication around the permitting and scheduling could have been a little better.
