Tranquil location with magnificent views
☺ Breathtaking views from all around the property. Room was amazing and the private hot tub/plunge pool was great for relaxing and sunset watching. Breakfast was also great again with amazing views. Also, importantly for us, they were able to cater for Coeliac sufferers (Gluten Free).
☹ Small point, but pillows were a little uncomfortable for our taste. However, other than this everything else was perfect.
Incredible property if you are physically fit.

☺Boutique hôtel magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Tout est de très bon goût avec du charme. Piscine chauffée. Emplacement très bien avec un accès facile à Imerovigli et ses commodités.
☹Les horaires de la piscine sont à revoir, 11h-18h est juste scandaleux si vous ne restez pas buller à l’hôtel.
Restaurant pas au niveau, surtout quand le temps ne permet pas de manger dehors. Une vraie salle de restaurant serait bien agréable.
Système de petit déjeuner chaotique où les horaires ne sont pas respectés. Beaucoup d’attente malgré la fiche de commande remplie la veille et des erreurs à la chaîne sur les plats apportés. Également une pénurie d’un certain nombre d’ingrédients en fin de saison….
Incredible hotel with some of the best service we have experienced. Staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful anytime we had questions or needed help to book rental cars, etc. They even helped carry luggage to our car and packed a to go breakfast at 6am for the airport. Recommend highly!

☺Many things. We had the deluxe caldera suite which provided us our own patio and a hot tub. Though the room size was small, it was very comfortable. We had a living room with a comfy couch, a large bathroom and bedroom. The bed/bedding were very comfortable. Since it’s literally a cave, it was very dark and so quiet. Slept like babies. We were there from the 12th to the 1he 19th. We got very lucky with near perfect weather—sunny and low 70s (sun felt warmer) each day. The iconic hotel, is one of several hotels in the mountain structure of little White House’s. Only 19 rooms. There pool was one of the few actually heated and was lovely. The breakfast was included and made freshly every morning. Good amount of choices. They have a restaurant and small bar but during the time we were there, it didn’t get a lot of action.
The housekeeping was over the top. Julia came at least twice a day to bring us bottled water and ice (the water is not portable there I guess). She also straighten and brought fresh towels each time. She spent a lot of time each day. Filled the water in our coffee maker left chocolates. Just above and beyond. All of the service at this little hotel was excellent. Also, staying in Imerovigli was a great choice. The hotel structure did not have shops. It had some restaurants, which were nice but not tourists other than those stay g there. There were plenty of walkable restaurants and little whoops in the square. Fira and OIe were the ho for all the cruise ships. Really cute shops all woven through the White House structure. Very crowded and I would have wanted to be staying there personally. Those towns are not hard to reach by a cheep bus ride or taxi.
☹I’m mid 60s and have some issues with my tissues but nothing serious. The stairs are no joke! 84 stairs from our room to the top where you go to restaurants or into town square. The stairs are not all one level either, some shorter some taller. Yiou have to be very careful—that’s all. I think they should have a shirt that says I survived the Santorini stairs 😂. I left unscathed and had better cardiovascular health the. When I came. You will love it I think.
Romantic and relax. Great for a Honeymoon trip
☺Everything from arrival to the airport was great, we coordinate transportation with the hotel. At the hotel they welcome us with a complementary drink and offer to arrange tours, car rental and any other activity we wanted to do. We stayed in the honeymoon suit and the suit was very spacious, beautiful and super confortable. Had a private heated pool for our enjoyment. The service was always excellent. Wood recommend 100%
Lovely hotel for a couple of days but a week is too long here.
We had a mostly lovely stay at The Iconic Santorini, The staff were warm and welcoming—special thanks to Aristea, who was particularly helpful throughout our stay. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and the central location made it easy to walk into Fira. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking nearby was surprisingly easy, usually just a short walk from the hotel, which made exploring the rest of the island very convenient. However, there were a few downsides. The indoor restaurant is small—likely not used much during better weather—which became an issue for us since strong winds persisted for much of the week. Breakfast service was a bit inconsistent; even though we pre-selected our time and choices the night before, we still encountered delays most mornings. The pool is very small, though I understand that's fairly typical for properties on this side of the island. The main concern during our stay came after a particularly rainy evening. We returned to our room to find rainwater had seeped in under the door. Some of our belongings that had been left on the floor were soaked. Worse, my husband slipped on the wet stone steps leading down to the bathroom while trying to grab towels. It was a concerning incident and something the hotel should address, especially during inclement weather. Overall, The Iconic Santorini offers beautiful views, excellent service, and a great location, but we hope some of the practical issues, particularly around weatherproofing and breakfast logistics, will be improved in the future.
Trip of a lifetime
I am Miss Emma from London, and I decided to go for a trip of a lifetime at the Boutique Cave Hotel last summer. I booked an awesome sea-view suite after some negotiation on price, staff who helped us with booking was professional and knowledgeable. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. We got some complimentary toiletries. Towels were fresh. Our maid arranged our clothes neatly, which was surprising to me. The resort was only short walk from the beach and about 20 minutes from the town center. Hotel provided us with transter. We took the opportunity to go sightseeing with driver from this hotel, and it was a fantastic trip. The transfer to the airport, unfortunately, was not included in price The sea was exactly as on pictures. I would go again in a heartbeat to see this view again. The breakfast buffet was huge, but food was obviously overcooked to me. The internet was fast enough for us. The staff was always on the line with us. it's very important for me to be able ask for help any time.Even upon arrival at 3 am they brought us extra pillows. Travel light, as there wasn't enough space in the wardrobe, despite the fact that the room was spacious. Our stay supassed all expectations. We went home with different outlook on life. Overall service and atmosphere were so wonderful that i am definitely passing you a knowledge about this perfect resort.
Wonderful Stay at ICONIC Boutique Cave Hotel
Arrived at Athens airport and was greeted by our driver, transportation services arranged by hotel. Driver was polite and professional. It wasn’t a long drive to the hotel. We received a warm welcome by Aristea. Very nice young lady. She was very polite and professional. She did great job explaining the hotel and surroundings. To our surprise, received an upgrade to our room. Thank you ICONIC Hotel. The room was terrific. Due to the upgrade we had nice little pool inside our room! That was really nice. Hotel is immaculately clean. The staff at front desk to wait staff are all polite and professional. Food was excellent at the hotel. The views from this hotel are incredible. Its central location makes it easy to walk to Fira. It’s only a 20 minute walk. Visit the town. From there you can take the public bus to Oia and spend a few hours. Would totally recommend this hotel and come back.

☹The timing of the house cleaning. We left the hotel around 10:30am and told them to clean the room. But every time to came back to the hotel around 3pm - they were just starting to clean the room. Then we had to wait to go into our room.

We had an incredible 3 nights at Iconic Santorini! The staff were all very friendly, the room was beautiful and the location is perfect. Staying in Oia or Fira is busy and crowded, Imerovigli is much more pleasant and Iconic is right in the prime location. The food, the views, the whole thing was great. We’d definitely stay here again!
