Great service and response time (less than 24 hrs) for the price. Had two ice dams that were causing leaks. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Would highly recommend!

I had an ice dam, with water dripping into my walls. They came the same day I called, and were done in two hours! Lifesavers!

Jeremiah did a great job removing ice dams from my roof before the weather warmed up. While it was not cheep to have this service, the cost to repair the water damage that might have occurred, certainly would have been much more expensive. Before pictures

Was very flexible even working late hours when we needed the ice removed right away. They were very straightforward and honest when acknowledging how much work was required with over a ft of ice build up on our gutters. Worked diligently in negative freezing weather. Very satisfied with their work.

Needed ice removed immediately due to water damage running into our basement. They called back right away and were able to show up that same day! Worked late hours during negative degree weather to get our roof cleaned up. Very satisfied.

Outstanding ice dam removal! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our extreme frigid single-digit, weather caused ice dams on my roof and a leak in my ceiling. I called and spoke to Bill, wonderful man, who got someone to come out right away. The team provided excellent service and quickly cleared the ice dams, the snow on my roof and stopped the leak. They were extremely professional, efficient, polite and courteous and left no mess behind. If you are looking for someone you can trust, give them a call. I highly recommend their services!

We are able to exit Minnesota for 3 months at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, we incurred a large Ice dam. We called Ice Dam Removers on a Sunday morning and they were taking the ice of Monday at 1 pm. The response was quick and efficient. I would recommend them if ice becomes your nemesis.

We had an extremely wet and heavy snow in December of 2022 which led to severe ice damming on the north side of our home. The team at Ice Dams Removed was able to provide me with same day service and once on site, kept me totally informed of their progress and the condition of the roof once they finished their work. I would highly recommend Ice Dams Removed to anyone who has ice damming issues that have the potential to cause leaking. Money well spent! Dave Annandale MN

Great guys to work with. Last year was one those years 2022/2023. We had rain, snow ice. They were very quick into responding to our situation. They worked in the dark with spot lights, and yes it was a very cold night If you want a job done right, this a company you'd want to have.

Excellent service. I called at 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning, they arrived by afternoon and completed the job in a timely manner, plus reasonably priced. They took care of two neighbors on the same day.

No more leaking roof In late spring, 2023, our ice dam caused a leak in our home. We called Ice Dams Removed and another company, and left messages, hoping to get help quickly. Chris called back and he and his team responded within the day. They removed the ice dam and the thick, built-up ice (from a dripping roof) on our front walkway and stairs within a few hours. We were thrilled with the results, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Chris and team!
