After searching for a company to replace my leaking line set, I came across ICE which provided a reasonable quote. They notified me they were on their way and arrived within the window of stated arrival time. They began their work and completed the job efficiently and quickly-about 3 hrs. Aside from the line set being installed along exterior wall, you wouldn’t know any work was done. Informed us how long it would take to recook the home since unit was off due to leak but so far my wife says it’s cooling well. Awesome people doing great work for the communities. I will recommend them anytime someone asks and will also be leaving a review on Nextdoor app later today.

On time, professional, replaced my 2006 Carrier for. New unit at the best quoted price out of 6 companies. John was great and did a great job at a price that was way less than his competition. New units arrived in the packaging, he hauled away the entire old unit. Cleaned up as well, made sure the unit was working appropriately.

I’m definitely not someone who leaves reviews often, and you can probably tell from my Google history 😂, but when someone deserves one, I think it’s worth taking the time. We had such a great experience with Indoor Climate. What really stood out was that he took the time to actually diagnose the problem and find the cause instead of immediately saying, “You need a new AC.” No pressure or sales pitch, just genuinely trying to find the best solution. He also went out of his way to fit us in on very short notice, answered all of our questions (and we had plenty! 😂), and explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed. It’s hard to find people you can trust when it comes to AC repairs, especially here in Florida. Indoor Climate definitely earned this review and our recommendation. We’ll absolutely be calling them again if we ever need anything!
