AVOID THEM! Trust me, they're a complete scam and will never deliver as promised. Recently, opted them for flying my critical mother out of Guwahati for a direct flight to New Delhi. Firstly, they were more than 7 hrs late and made loads of excuses such as pilot sick etc. Secondly, they promised a direct flight to Delhi but stopped mid-way at Lucknow for refueling and their engines stopped working post refueling. They dumped us at Lucknow airport at 2 am surrounded with mosquitos without any replacement aircraft. Finally, to get my mother to Delhi I had to arrange for a road ambulance. My mother was late by more than 18 hrs for her treatment and their team is highly insensitive and careless. It's my sincere request do not opt for them.

ICATT provided the top class service when we were in need to airlift my family member from a north state to Hyderabad in a critical medical situation. Committed to the core for a safe, comfortable transfer of bedridden patients across the globe. The accompanying doctors and paremedics are well qualified and dedicated to make it happen seamless between the hospital facilities at the either ends. The "Control Center" is efficiently managed by Ms. Anurima Mahalanobis right through the shifting operation, along with the prior required documentation, duly posting the updates round the clock. She is good in laisoning. I am involved in assisting my friend, whose bed ridden son is shifted from a medical facility at Dallas, USA to the one alike at Visakhapatnam, India during December, 2024. I thank the organisation for the excellent service .
