Rick did an outstanding job on multiple projects inside and outside my home. Inside the house, Rick installed two ceiling fans in my bedrooms, replaced my old thermostat with a new one, installed six new smoke detectors, fixed my toilet, re-caulked around my tub, and repaired my garage door. Everything was done correctly and works perfectly.
Outside, Rick put up a brand-new privacy fence around my backyard, removed old wood trim from a window and replaced it with new trim that he also painted, and built two new porch column stands after discovering dry rot in the old ones. The workmanship was solid, and the finished work looks great.
Rick was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explained what needed to be done, showed attention to detail, and completed the work in a timely manner. It’s hard to find someone who can handle so many different repairs and do them well, but Rick definitely delivered. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing home repairs or improvements.
