We recently had Indoor Air Quality replace our aging HVAC system in our Arvada home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. After taking the time to explain our options, they recommended a Rheem heat pump system that provides both heating and cooling, along with a Rheem backup furnace for those extra-cold Colorado winter days. They also upgraded our ancient manual thermostat to a new Rheem EcoNet smart thermostat, which has made controlling the comfort in our home easier than ever. In addition, they installed an Aprilaire air cleaner and humidifier to improve our indoor air quality and overall comfort year-round. From the initial consultation through installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The workmanship was excellent, everything was installed neatly, and they took the time to walk us through how the new system works before they left. Our home is more comfortable than it's ever been, and we're excited to see the energy savings from the new equipment. If you're looking for an honest HVAC company that provides quality products, fair pricing, and exceptional installation, we highly recommend Indoor Air Quality. Five stars all the way!

These guys are the best. Honest, straightforward and fair. The team was here on time, took out old system with no mess and placed new system in. They were actually so quiet I forgot they were here. Pat and Joe made a couple of suggestions to help our system circulate more efficiently and it is working great. Finally, they didn't try to sell me a system that I didn't need like some other companies. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had one of the bigger outfits called Rock Heating and Air come out and they told me it would cost $2,400 to repair my furnace. I was not comfortable with their diagnosis so I found Indoor Air Quality, Inc thru a friend. I wanted an experienced small outfit to come out and diagnose the same problem Rock wanted to charge me $2,400 and waste an hour of my time. Pat came out turned on the furnace in our loft. 2 minutes after looking at the unit he said he would have it running in 10 minutes. Baffled I said what needs to be fixed? He said the igniter. Pat went to his truck got a new igniter installed, fired up the unit and sure enough it was pushing heat thru the vents. Pat gained a friend for life as we own multiple properties that will eventually need new HVAC equipment. Needless to say the cost of repair and replace was a pittance compared to Rock Heating and Air. Thanks Pat I will spread the word when someone needs your services! Karl

Pat and his team at IAQ are fantastic. Our 20 year old furnace was failing to light intermittently during a cold snap. He was able to come out same day and diagnosed it as a dirty flame sensor, which he cleaned quickly while we chatted. Our furnace was 20 years old and the air conditioner was 32 years old - still functioning, but definitely in end-of-life territory. Pat was not actively selling me on a replacement, just letting me know what the new technologies in heat pumps were like. He also mentioned that the federal, state, and utility incentives would be reduced or eliminated starting in 2026. I had in the back of my mind that replacing the system would be coming sooner or later, and with Pat's guidance I was able to do a full heat pump replacement with furnace backup with 40% of the cost covered by government and utility incentives. I would have completely missed this opportunity had Pat not taken the time to educate me. I ran his quote through a couple of AI tools and confirmed the brand and size he was recommending were good for our house, and for the Denver market the AI tools confirmed the price before incentives was highly competitive. IAQ's reviews were great, so for the first time ever I didn't even bother to get competing bids. I just felt like Pat was a person I could trust and everything he was telling me lined up with the reading I did later that day. On the day of install, Pat showed up with three trucks and five or six guys. They knocked out the replacement of the entire HVAC system in about 4 hours, walked me through using it, and were careful inside and outside the house. The system works great, I got it at a great price, and I now have an HVAC company I can trust whenever I need their help. I whole heartedly recommend Pat and IAQ for their promptness, professionalism, quality of work, pricing, and friendliness.
