The level of workmanship couldnt be better, they work with speed & efficiency, easy to see why they are an award winning outfit. I had a pipe burst and had to ring Thomas late in the evening for an emergency call out, I honestly can't recommend him enough, he was out with us within 20mins and fixed the problem really quickly. Almost 10 years of a dodgy boiler, countless plumbers out to look at it. With the most recent 2 saying we need a new boiler. We asked Thomas to quote us for a new boiler but instead he managed to find the problem, fix and service it and we finally have a fully functional boiler and the hottest water we have ever had! Unbelievable service, wish we had known about him years ago! Would recommend to anybody.

We have now had two excellent experiences with Thomas, he is friendly, knowledgable and conscientious. He always responds promptly when contacted and is happy to come out in the evening or at weekends. On one occasion, on a Sunday afternoon he was there within 20 minutes of us calling. After a number of bad experiences with unscrupulous tradesmen in recent years Thomas is a breath of fresh air. I would 100% recommend him.

Honestly top class service. Had issues with our boiler going on 10 years and having a half dozen plumbers and gas engineers out to look at it, including the original installer. Was told recently that the boiler had reached end of life and needed replaced. Spoke to Thomas about replacing the boiler and within 30 minutes he has the boiler back up and running. He was able to show me the exact issues with the boiler and a service and small part change and the boiler is good as new. Thomas could have easily put a new boiler and made the money of us, but his knowledge and honestly showed the class of the man. We now have an efficient boiler with great heating and as much hot water as want. My only complaint is that I should have phoned him years ago!

Couldn't recommend Hynes plumbing and Heating enough. Had an issue with our gas boiler with no heating or hot water all of a sudden. Rang and left a message expecting to be hit with the classic "i can squeeze you in next week." Not this crowd, I had a Thomas at my door late in a monday evening 45 minutes later. Boiler fixed and serviced in a couple of hours (parts required to repair in stock on the van). Couldn't recommend enough. Fast professional and extremely well priced. Would recommend to anyone and cant thank them enough.

Just had a full gas conversion from Hynes plumbing & heating Ltd. Incredible service. Thomas and his team arrived first thing in the morning and completed all work in one day. They removed the old oil tank and hot press aswell as completing the full conversion. The team left the house spotless before they left. Amazing service.
