From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional! Thomas and his team arrived promptly on the morning of installation and efficiently installed a new boiler that has transformed how our home heats up! The team disposed of our old boiler and left my kitchen spotless after installation. I would never have known they were there! Thomas then popped by the following day to ensure we were happy with our new boiler and to check if we had any questions. This type of customer service is hard to come by! Thomas had completed an oil to gas conversion in my parents home 3 years ago. They are a real friendly bunch of lads skilled at what they do! They are clean, tidy, neat and done a top job! No mess, no fuss, just a high quality job!
I called Thomas, today, for a service and to check the boiler as there was no heat or hot water despite the boiler turning on. Thomas arranged for one of his plumbers to attend within the hour, and true to his word, the plumber turned up within the hour. He had the issue fixed within minutes (a bit of dirt had got into the system) and completed the service. Again, another quick efficient service resorting heat to my elderly parents home.

Highest of praise for this company. Our boiler stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. We had a big family party planned for the next day. Thomas called out within a couple of hours and got the boiler working again. Thanks so much .
