Martin has serviced the boilers for quite a few years, he is professional polite, very knowledgable and honest. The boiler was leaking fumes I contacted martin and he came out quickly what a guy caring about his customers..the boiler was condemed and a new one was installed within a few days.. lovely to have a new boiler that is safe. I trust martin wholeheartly because I know he would do a superb job and more importantly he explains how everything works plus he cleans up after himself which is very rare these days..my past engineers have left a complete mess.. if you want an engineer that you can trust and is brilliant with the work he carries out... Martin is your man... Martin I would certainly highly recommend. He deserves a 5 Star ⭐️.. he has recently taken on a young guy working with him Cameron and he works well too.. he certainly has the best teacher.. Hydronics is simply the BEST!

Wonderful company Martin has been servicing the boiler for quite a few years.. he is polite, professional, very knowledgable and has advised where necessary. He has recently installed a new boiler and installed new cold water tanks due to these being very old and definitely not in good condition.. had fumes coming from the old boiler and soon as martin knew he got it organised as quick as he could.. what a guy! He takes great pride in his work and more than anything he leaves everything clean and tidy which is very rare these days.. I will NEVER use any other guy if I have to wait then I would as I fully trust martin and I can leave him to get on with the work in hand..he is honest and reliable, he has always been on time and would NOT tell you something needs doing if it doesnt in my opinion he has always been helpful and offered great advice.. I would not use any other company He is simply the BEST..if you want reliability and honesty Martin is your man.. I can highly recommend him He deserves 5 Stars ⭐️

Expert with a superb service ethos. Martin at Hydronics couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he give excellent advice about how to fix the problems I was having, but he also acted very promptly to fit the slightly urgent timetable I was giving him, despite the inconvenience it must have caused him. A really pleasant guy who knows he trade back to front and who gives an outstanding service. Couldn't recommend him more highly

service the boiler he condemned the boiler two months no heating or hot water until I found another plumber who showed nothing wrong with it and I bought a new boiler that I do not need.

Excellent & knowledgable service After our old boiler starting developing issues, Martin advised us on our options, answering all our questions in order to give us the information and advice we required to help us make a decision without feeling pressurised into anything. He subsequently installed a great new boiler for us. He was courteous, friendly & professional and made a great job of the install, leaving everything tidy afterwards. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others and he will always be our first choice for servicing the boiler going forward.

A company you can trust to do a perfect job First rate from start to finish. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hydronics without a moment's hesitation. I wished to have a new gas boiler installed. The information I was given following my initial enquiry was detailed and well explained. After my acceptance of the quote I was sent, dates for the work to be carried out were agreed and everything went according to plan. I was told exactly what needed to be done, and why. Following completion of the work I was given a full explanation of all matters covered by the term 'after-sales service'. Martin Pollard is one of the best.

Excellent service Martin went above and beyond to help and advise me after I discovered I had a leak. He helped to reassure me with his friendly and calm approach. He came as quickly as possible. He traced and repaired the leak, being careful to make minimal damage to the floor it was under.

Confidently Recommend Found Hydronics through check a trade in the past for a job, excellent service, very professional. Had a recent issue with the pump on boiler amongst some other issues that he found, we went through it all, prices ect, communication was great, always got back to you and helped with your query. Got the problems all sorted in a timely manner, will definitely be getting them back for some more work. ( I confidently recommend ) Hydronics to anyone in need of high quality work.

We wouldn't go anywhere else Martin was the go-to guy for my late mother. Always helpful, friendly, scrupulously honest with advice, generous with his time AND quotes and immaculate in his work, she relied on him for years. While dealing with her estate, we had a boiler problem during the cold snap and there was only one place we were ever going to go to fix it. True to form, he showed up ASAP, and soon had it all sorted for a competitive price. It's always a minefield if you don't know who to call. Martin is a consummate professional but also a genuinely wonderful human being. I can't recommend him to you enough

Plumbing Services Hydronics is excellent in all respects. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the way they respond to emergencies is second to done. System flush, boiler replacement, asssociated plumbing alterations. Martin was able to replace our ailing gas boiler promptly so we were not without heating for long. The work was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was explained to us and all was left clean and tid . Would not hesitate to recommend.
