Fantastic job by Mick. Replaced our shower and cubicle speedily and efficiently. Took care of all the ordering and didn't run a mile when our saturated walls began crumbling! Nothing was too much trouble and called after the job was completed to check that there were no problems and to call if any issues arised. Great customer service. Courteous and polite and left our home neat and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Mick!

Excellent Service
Mick responded quickly to our call and gave us excellent advice on replacing an oil boiler with a LPG gas boiler. He installed it in a very professional manner and was always prompt and helpful. Full marks to Mick!

Loss of independent control of thermostat system (EX34)
We received a very prompt response to our request to a call out, and scheduled in within a few days (for a non urgent issue). It was dealt with very promptly, with great advice/information from Hydronics - The workman was very courteous and helpful and solved our issue confidently. Thank you so much for your time!

Mick was the only person to call back when our boiler decided to break down on the coldest day of the year! He came round within a couple of hours on a Saturday and quickly identified and repaired the issue! Friendly guy who knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

Mick replaced our old oil fired combi boiler and tank with a very smart Grant boiler. Mick does everything you'd want from a top tradesman, he arrives when he says he will, tidies as he goes, advises on top products and will make sure everything works before he leaves. He also follows up to make sure all is ok. Really friendly and great engineer.

Service boiler and replace wireless thermostat (EX31)
Polite and professional. Serviced the boiler and replaced broken wireless thermostat. Explained how it all worked and programmed it all before he left. Checked via message the following day to make sure all was ok. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Recommended by my neighbour (EX32)
Martin was recommended by my neighbour, gave him a call, booked in minutes. Martin was on time, as booked. Boiler serviced and a small repair of Gas main pipework needed. All done within a couple of hours, Martin was nice chap, cleaned up, filled in service booklet. Very please and will use again.
