We have recently used Hybrid Electrical & Renewables for the installation of 92 solar panel at our Head Office in Dorking.
Lewis & his team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They worked closely with our roofing contractors to ensure dates and deadlines were met to ensure the project completed on time & budget.
On site, the team always arrived on time and on the agreed day. They worked to set H&S guidelines and left the site tidy at the end of each work day.
Lewis took the time to clearly explain how the system works, along with setting us up on an app that easily tracks our usage & shows the benefits of the solar panels.
We've now set up a service contract with Hybrid Electrical & Renewables to ensure the panels are kept in good working order through their life span.
I would highly recommend Lewis & his team to anyone looking into solar panels of any other services they offer.
From start to finish Lewis and team have provided a faultless service. Much work went into the design of the correct system to suit our needs, communication through this stage was amazing. The install process was carried out in two days with no fuss. Everyone including the scaffolders were polite and friendly. Once the install was complete all the certification from regulators were sent over quickly in an easy to manage bundle. I am very happy with the performance of the system so far. Really benefiting from the sunny weather and exporting around 11kwh a day in excess energy production.
Lewis and his team did a great job installing solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3. From the initial site check and discussions on the best option for our house, through the 2 day installation process, clearing the site, commissioning the system and delivering all the paperwork, Lewis has been very helpful, patient, professional and thorough. Knowing that he is able to monitor our system remotely and check performance is very reassuring for the future. The system is delivering as expected and we are very glad that we decided to have the work done and for choosing Hybrid Electricals. Would definitely recommend.

Great work and really conscientious
Came to fix the problem caused by dodgy installers. Really friendly and spent time investigating, explaining and recommending course of action. Liaised with manufacturers to make sure all in the correct order. Told me I didn't need a new kit that another electrician wanted to sell me. And left everything clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend.

Hybrid electrical recently installed solar panels, battery and inverter on our property. Very polite, courteous and were great from start to finish. They kept us updated through the whole install while also keeping disruption to a minimum and left the area spotless. Would highly recommend.
