We needed a portable AC for our real estate office when our system went down. Rick was quick to deliver multiple units to get our office cool again. He was prompt and easy to work with. He even gave us advice and pointed us in the right direction with how to fix our current system. Fast forward to winter time, I used Rick again for portable heaters for a party. I highly recommend On Site!

Rick has now helped us out in two emergency situations for supplemental cooling at a biopharmaceutical company we are doing work for. In both instances he was given very little notice and in one instance made it a point to stop out and look at the space to make sure he was going to meet our customer’s needs. I cannot recommend Onsite HVAC Rentals enough. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The air conditioner in my basement began leaking so badly that the hardwood flooring buckled in several places. I called HVAC Rentals, Ben Goldberg answered and told me he would provide me with a dehumidifier that would help to stop the buckling. Ben came to my house that same day and set up the humidifier. I let it run overnight and can already see that much of the buckling is flattening out!
I would use HVAC Rentals and Ben Goldberg again for any sort of HVAC rental or advice.
It was such a refreshing pleasure to work with someone with Ben's expertise, someone who does what he says he will do, communicates well and did not gauge me on pricing.
If I were to give my own star rating it wold be 10 on a scale of 5!
