Update: just had my air conditioner cleaned and maintananced. I'm very pleased with Raushan's quality of work. Raushan doesn't take shortcuts. He takes the necessary time to ensure the system is functioning at it's highest performance. I especially appreciate how he educates me on what he's doing and why and how to make the system last longer. I highly recommend the HVAC Guy. He never tries to upsell like all the other contractors. I won't go anywhere else for HVAC issues
My furnace is old and I've had to have maintenance done several times over the last few years. Previous contractors all said it was time to invest (many, many thousands of $$s) in a new furnace. Rausch came out to inspect it and to give me yet another opinion. He did an inspection and combustion test, and the furnace was operating well. Although he also installs furnaces, he said I didn't need a new furnace yet, and that it should last a few more seasons. I was amazed at his honesty and how he looks out for the customer. Where do you find this kind of honesty these days? His team installed a needed cold air return, which was missing and it greatly improved airflow. He noticed some piping on our water heater that was not up to code and repaired it at no cost and replaced a flimsy furnace filter cover with a sturdy cover also at no cost. I could see the high quality work he and his team did. I will always use the HVAC Guy team. His prices are very reasonable and he and his team do excellent high quality work. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need! He truly looks out for the customer's best interest! Oh, and he didn't come with a sales pitch like to the other "highly rated" HVAC contractors.

Raushan installed a new 120k BTU American Standard furnace in my house and removed my old furnace. The installation was excellent. Prior to starting he and his helper covered my carpet with drop cloths and both wore booties to protect the floors. The installation took approximately 6 hours and then I had heat. Installation looks neat and professional. All wiring is tie wrapped and professionally dressed. The new PVC piping for the direct vents looks great with no glue spills. The next day Raushan finely tuned the furnace for optimal performance. All work areas were cleaned up and the job complete. I could not be happier with the work and furnace performance. Prior to this my furnace was on all day to a achieve a temperature of 70. The new furnace is much more efficient and the on time is significantly reduced.
I highly recommend Raushan HVACGUY .

Raushan is very responsive. He jumped right in to take care of my issues. He is also very practical, pointing out things that could be come a problem in the future, but with a practical approach to monitor/repair/replace. With numerous properties in other states, I deal with lots of HVAC people. The HVAC Guy is very knowledgeable and has all the tools and experience needed for my needs.
