Wish I could give zero stars I went to Hush Medical Aesthetics to dissolve a very small amount of filler (less than 1/3 syringe). I had consultations with two injectors here beforehand and both quoted me $100. At my appointment, not enough dissolver was used and the filler was still there two weeks later. At the follow-up, the injector added more dissolver but never told me I’d be charged another $100 until checkout. When I called afterward to question the charge, the front desk staff was rude, condescending, and insisted I had been informed of the fee when I absolutely was not. The lack of transparency and poor customer service were really disappointing, especially from a newer practice that’s only been open since 2023.

Very professional, as are the first desk staff who also project an organization that values each customer who visits. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Nicole is ONE OF A KIND. Not only is she a beautiful inside and out, but she is also a trusting, loyal person and her expertise and honesty are a blessing.
