I sit at home in front of my computer having just returned from Ladakh hosted by Husbur Adventures. It feels like I’m a world away from Ladakh already……which of course I am.
My friends and I have ridden motorcycles in all the countries of Europe and taken them also to north Africa. We’ve been riding together for decades. I could go on to describe the Indian experience, but I won’t because NOTHING will ever prepare you for India or Ladakh. The scenery, the mountains, the passes are simply breathtaking. If you are a motorcyclist and want something different then, these are the days that must happen to you.
When we booked our trip we opted for a tailored package for four instead of joining a large group. Ten days riding in Ladakh followed by a couple of days sightseeing in Delhi and Agra. Mustafa worked out a route which was “the right way round” starting as low as possible and working up to altitude allowing acclimatisation, a major consideration for sea level dwellers. Having landed at Srinagar everything went like clockwork. It was immediately evident that a massive amount of thought and experience had gone into planning. Every Chai and lunch stop was pre vetted. The result was nobody got the dreaded “Delhi Belly” whole trip. Hotels were good, home stays (B&B’s) were homely and full of local colour. The support vehicle had a constant supply of bottled water and snacks. Our two guides Tawa and Bagwandas were superb. Always around to help, support, or fix small bike problems. I never once saw either do anything without a good natured smile. These guys really went above and beyond.
At the end of Ladakh experience plans had to change due to weather and road blockage. An alternative plan to get us to Delhi was put into place quickly and effectively. Transfers from Delhi airport to hotel and and on to Agra were seamless and trouble free. Our Agra guide was charming and well informed, appearing exactly on time and guiding us around the Taj Mahal and wider Agra city brilliantly. Lastly, transfer from Agra to Delhi airport was of course on time and without problem. I was able to enjoy the whole experience because all the time I knew that everything had been taken care of.
Would I go again? Of course I would. Would I go with Husbur Adventures again? Of course.

I was very, apprehensive, about my trip. Would it be safe, would I be left to my own devices?? I couldn't have been more wrong!! From start to finish, the organisation and planning, that made my trip, an amazing adventure, was absolutely amazing.
Every moment of every day, we were taken care of, 100%. The guides, on the bikes, were exemplary. Nothing, was any trouble. They worked, constantly, with a smile, to make our journey, comfortable and enjoyable!!
I would not hesitate, to travel with you again. I have had, the trip, of a lifetime.

Husbur Adventures is the best option to Explore Ladakh.
We just completed a bike ride of 6 days organised by Husbur. It was just perfect.
The bikes were in excellent condition, the backup vehicle was always behind tracking us, the guide and the technician were spot on.
The accomodation in all the places was excellent, couldn’t have been better.
Mr Mustafa the owner was always available on call and keeping track of our progress and health and all other issues.
Our guide Minjur was just excellent and always helpful with all our needs.
Would highly recommend HUSBUR to all planning a trip to Ladakh.
