Dr. DeStefano provides great dental care! Recently I experienced a tooth problem with a front tooth that had to be extracted and had a temporary replacement that was difficult to keep in place. I had a office visit and Dr. DStefano was able to modify the replacement and I was able to attend a social affair with no problems.
I am a newcomer to this practice, thanks to my bff Mary Ann, the hygienist, and Clair who made this happen so glad I made the change, from the time I arrived til I left, everyone there was genuinely kind and patient. Dr.Cruz, to me was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood what was going to take place and why. Also Honisty, i hope spelled her name right, was the sweetest ever, great personality!
Made an appointment to to see the dentist about my tooth with a missing crown, I was told the soonest appointment was over a month away. I accept the wait and book the appointment. One week prior to the appointment I get a phone call that they had a scheduling mistake and the next available appointment is another month away. No effort to fix their mistake and book me sooner.
This dental office is outstanding! From the front desk to the exam chair, the level of professionalism and care is top-notch. The hygienist is thorough yet gentle, making cleanings comfortable and stress-free. The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring the best possible care.
The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, with up-to-date technology that makes visits smooth and efficient. It’s rare to actually look forward to a dental appointment, but this team makes it an easy and pleasant experience.
