Every time I call into Huntington, it's a consistently great experience. And by "great", I mean: they speak to me in a language I understand, actively listen to my concerns and/or issue(s), walk me through what they are doing, and either resolve the issue or explain the next steps to me. With all their technical expertise, matched with my lack thereof, they communicate with me in a manner that I can follow. I highly recommend them to anyone. Additionally, Ryan from their team is a star!

We had a software issue where no one was able to print large scale drawings anymore. It took a couple of days of researching the issue to find the solution, but once they did, it was an easy fix. Thank you!

Seth was patient & flexible as I'm also working & had to put him on hold to finish up customer calls. He was kind, quick about fixing things, communicative, easy to reach, smart & he got me a very appreciated laptop charger so I don't have to drag my docking station around if I'm mobile.
