My overall experience with Hunter's was not good. I scheduled about 3 weeks in advance because I am not in town often. 9:00 am appointment. At 9:30 I called the number provided and the detailer assigned was double booked. I was informed a manager would call me about rescheduling. It never happened. The detailer was communicative and apologized about the situation. Hunter's was 6 hours late.
The most frustrating part is that I was not find a phone number on the website to talk to someone responsible for scheduling. The automated texts bounce back with "Oops! Please click the link above to reply to this message." Overall a very impersonal experience.
Around 3:00 pm, after spending a good part of the morning trying to wait around for someone to show, someone showed up and did a very thorough, excellent job detailing the vehicle
In my mind the point of scheduling an appointment is because there is a specific time for a service to be performed. Although I was able to unlock the vehicle and park it in the shade, my time in the area is very limited and we had company at the house to entertain. I was distracted from the people I was supposed to help entertain because Hunter's didn't show up on time (6 hours late).
The service was great. The systems they use did not work for me.
Update:
I reached out using the website form 4 days ago in response to the businesses comment to this review (the phone number was still not working). Still no response.

Jio did a fantastic job detailing my 80 series Land Cruiser it sat over the winter and had a water leak which led to a mold problem. He performed excellent work and got the truck mold free. Would hire him again!

Jay, did an excellent job. The car looks like new and smell great. Best of all I didn't have to leave my house. He brought all his own materials including water. Very happy with the service.

Won't be using them again. No better than taking it to the car wash getting the service for way less.
As we spoke this morning, blaming the customer for the car be extra dirty. Exactly why we hired your company to come do a detailed job. Erich wasn't perform to our satisfaction. Using dirty rags to clean the windows and having to show the technician how to clean the seat with simple spray and good swipe of a cleaning cloth.
