Recently had an excellent experience at Shivam Hospital! The hospital truly lives up to its reputation. From impeccable hygiene to timely food service, everything was well-managed. But what truly stood out was the cooperative, gentle, and sweet staff. Their care and compassion made a big difference. Highly recommend Shivam Hospital for its outstanding service and dedication to patient care! 👍🏼💕 special thanks to puran sir who managed the documents and procedures #ShivamHospital
I’ve been there for my swelling over right ankle area and diagnosed with atfl injury and for that the dr Kishore pratap Sanyal advised the fibrecast plaster for 6 weeks and given the shoe for it to wear and advised to get it from the medical shop from the hospital it self.
Just wanted to share my take over this hospital and the doctor (can vary for different patients)-
• charged 4500 just as a procedure fee to apply the plaster ( consultation fee was not included in it) - which is little expensive compared to other places.
• when we buy the medical supplies required for plaster , the cast shoe was given of m size but later on the doctor told that it would be big and give the small one and because of which my pain increases and my husband went to the hospital to make it change and just inform the doctor about it but again he was not allowed to meet the doctor because he didn’t pay the consultation… like seriously just for the shoe size you people are behaving like this. ( I can’t come over to visit the doctor because I was unable to move in that shoe and I live on third floor so make it even more difficult to climb down the stairs)
• 3770 for medical supplies required for procedure - in which i lately noticed they charged higher than mrp on the cast shoe… I wonder about the other things as well, unfortunately i didn’t noticed.
And as a medical professional and a citizen i found these loop holes in the hospital visit I encountered.
Thanks.
