The Oysters were of the highest quality. Owner Victor took the time on a busy Saturday evening to explain how Oysters are farmed over a 3 year period plus how Oysters are rated based on size (he mentioned that the rating system is not logic going from 5 as the smallest to 0, or 00 or 000 as the biggest). Nevertheless, this makes you appreciate each of these wonderful fruits de mer a little bit more. A wonderful dinner experience and we can´t wait to come again.
Best restaurant we’ve eaten in Paris - by Far. Tartare de saumon, ceviche, pave, tiramisu, even the puree - was breathtaking. Ingredients are so fresh and it tastes like heaven. I usually never go back to a restaurant when I go back to a city but I will definitely go back to HSP. Service was also great. The owner is very welcoming - he takes care of all his customers and took special of our little one.
