Hugo Oliver | Luxury Bathroom Showroom Charlton Reviews

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It’s fantastic to hear how pleased you are with your new bathroom and, in particular, that Agnes was able to make the most of the space while incorporating everything you wanted.

We’re also delighted that Adam made such a positive impression. His meticulous approach, practical advice and ability to work alongside other trades are exactly the qualities we value in our installation team, so it’s lovely to hear this recognised.

We’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to both Agnes and Adam. It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re very glad Hugo Oliver could play a part in your wider renovation. Enjoy your new bathroom!

All the best,

It’s particularly lovely to hear how much you valued the dedicated design service. Agnes will be thrilled to know that her patience, attention to detail and support throughout the project made such a difference. We believe that great bathroom design is about more than simply choosing products, it’s about creating the right solution for your home and taking care of all the details along the way.
We’re also pleased that our installation team made such a positive impression. We take great pride in combining thoughtful bathroom design with expert workmanship and a professional, respectful installation service.
Thank you again for choosing Hugo Oliver and for recommending us. We’d be delighted to help when you’re ready to start thinking about the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you again!

Dear Iesha, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a lovely review. We’re genuinely delighted to hear that you felt looked after from start to finish.
We completely understand that investing in a new bathroom is a significant decision, particularly if you’ve had disappointing experiences with other companies in the past. That’s why we place such importance on clear communication, keeping our clients informed and being available to answer questions throughout the process. There really is no such thing as a “million questions” when it’s your home and your investment!
A huge thank you as well for your kind words about Liam and Darek. Our team makes such a difference to the experience, and we’re very proud of the care, professionalism and attention to detail they bring to every project.
For us, the aim is not simply to create a beautiful bathroom, but to make the whole journey feel organised, transparent and reassuring. It’s wonderful to hear that we achieved that for you.

Dear Melisa and Robert,

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. It was a real pleasure to work with you, and we’re delighted that you enjoyed the experience from the initial design through to the finished bathroom.

We know that getting the design right can take time. Our process is deliberately collaborative, and we’re very happy to explore different layouts, finishes and ideas until our clients feel completely confident in their choices. We want the finished space to feel right for you, not simply look good on a drawing.

We’re also particularly proud of our installation team. We believe great design only works when it’s matched by exceptional workmanship, careful project management and a genuinely professional approach in your home. So hearing that you enjoyed having the fitters around (and even miss them!) means a huge amount to us.

Thank you again for trusting Hugo Oliver with your project. We hope you enjoy the bathrooms for many years to come, and we’d love to welcome you back for your next project.

Thank you Paloa. I am grateful for your comments and your recognition of my team by name. You said that you are not an easy customer and that gives your words even more weight.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with some aspects of the project and that we did not fully meet your expectations. To clarify a few points, on the design change, we could not install the recessed shelf in due to the wall construction. This was not apparent to the designer but became evident to the installer when he arrived. On occasions we may need to discuss and amend the design if something becomes apparent at strip out that we did not see at the site visit. Concerning the tile edges, the glazed tiles used on this project were particularly difficult to finish cleanly due to the nature of the material. We tried different methods, including wet cutting and polishing, and selected what we believed to be the best and most durable solution under the circumstances. On the decorating you asked us to leave the door frame and also the plasterboard joint and I understand you have now wallpapered the bathrooms to give the finish you wanted. The drainage odour issue reported in your flat was also addressed by installing an air admittance valve in the kitchen area as a solution to improve the system ventilation. I acknowledge there were several follow up visits and delays with this causing frustration. We always aim to deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service, and we regret that you were left dissatisfied on this occasion.
