This was our second year working with HTS training for our dental practices - BLS training. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and is patient to staff needs. The course is active due to demonstrations which the team found extremely beneficial. Heather went the extra mile by helping out our team.

We use HTS for our Emergency First Aid at Work training for employees at Carers in Bedfordshire. David was our trainer this year and delivered a great mix of practical and theory. All participants gave good feedback and we would use HTS again.

This course is not only very easy to pass, but it was also very informative and Heather was very engaging and helpful with all of us. The whole day was spent with all of us laughing as well as learning some very necessary information. Heather also ensured that we did every single practical task repeatedly until we got it perfect. We even got a book each to take home that covered everything that we learnt, which I found particularly helpful. I highly recommend this course to anybody who is considering learning first aid.

We have been using HTS for our medical emergencies training for many years now. Heather is a great trainer. She gets the message across with humour and empathy. It is always great to see her. Great first aid course. Online learning was very detailed and the face to face session was well organised with lots of practical activities and time for questions and discussions. Lovely friendly trainer with quite a relaxed feel to the day with a huge amount of learning.

We have been using HTS Training for our Basic Life Support training for the past 4-5 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Heather, our trainer, is absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable and delivers the hands-on training at just the right level and pace, ensuring everyone feels confident in their skills. Her clear and engaging voice makes the sessions easy to follow, and she creates a comfortable learning environment for our team. The course is always well-structured, with plenty of equipment available, so everyone gets the opportunity to practice thoroughly. On the communication and admin side of things, Tim always responds to any emails promptly and has been very helpful to answer any questions. We highly recommend HTS Training for anyone looking for professional, and effective Basic Life Support training. Thank you for your continued excellent service!
