This company is trying to force me into a agency agreement. Sneaky with terms and conditions. Not an honest company. The realtors expect to get paid for doing nothing. It’s very harassing. Not my fault your business is failing. Do people right and maybe you won’t have to try to force people to do business with you. Horrible experience and don’t need the extra added stress. Lazy and unprofessional. Not submitting my offers to the seller and lazy about showing homes. Pathetic. As if black don’t have enough issues without white owned companies trying to take our money. You knew my terms and decided to sabotage me.
I’m not demanding thousands of dollars, this company is trying to exploit me for money on services not performed. We had a verbal understanding and they decided to sneak terms into the fine print. Read the contract you get into with this company they will try to force you to work with them for years. Be sure to have a lawyer review your paperwork if you decide risk a business relationship. Not honest and forth coming. Highly not recommended. I will be filing official complaints with the necessary agencies so they don’t continue harming the public. Run the other way, save yourself the headache. They know I’m doing well and now they want to get my money. Do yourself a favor and find a more respectable real estate firm to work with. Sneaky, dishonest, lazy, deceitful people and a complete disservice to their seller on the Truman manor place.

We, of course, did not force anyone into anything. This particular client signed an agency agreement hiring us, and then demanded a rebate of many thousands of dollars. After we did not cave in to her threats to "report" or smear us, she took to the internet to leave bad reviews. We wish you nothing but the best in your home search, but will not bow to your threats and send you money, legally, or otherwise, at your demand. Best of luck to you in your home search.
Great Company helped me with every question and request I asked for. Helped me understand all details of buying and selling the home I was in.

I was selling a home and buying a home at the same time and Stephanie Glaubitz was able to keep me straight, not an easy task. She was willing and available to show homes, some several times and helped me find the right fit for me. She also sold my home providing research to support pricing, assisted us with securing contractors for needed repairs and even was available for showings when we were out of town on vacation.
