This company goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We had a misunderstanding about the estimate being put towards the bill. Even though l ended up going with another company (who's original estimate was $200 more than Heavenly Throne), they still reached out to resolve the issue and initiate a refund. I truly appreciated it and they have earned my loyalty if/when we have future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Heavenly Thrones Plumbing. My appointment was on June, 2, 2025. They are very prompt and professional. My technician was Mr. Carson. He called before arriving. He arrived in the appointment window as promised. He went straight to the problem area (leak on outside pipe), gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed the issue right on the spot. I have had no issues since he fixed it.

We've been struggling 😪 for weeks our sink leaking and clocked out so I looked on line for a plumber and I found this im so glad I found them he just fixed it not over 10mins

After calling several companies with no answer. I called this company and Jeromy showed up and immediately diagnosed my issue and fixed it without hesitation. Now let me tell you, this job was not a job I believe not anyone would have taken it. What I really liked about him was that he is not ashamed of God and his faith! He had on his shirt Luke 6-31. He treated me and my situation as he would his own. Awesome company! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs issues and concerns. There are still great people in the world.

Bathroom sink was draining slow for weeks. Finally gave up trying to fix it myself and called them. Should’ve done it sooner—they had it fixed in like 20 minutes.

Had a clogged toilet on a Sunday and they actually picked up the phone and came out. Didn’t charge some crazy “weekend” fee either. I was really impressed.
